ロビー、出入り口、クリーニングスタッフ等　全てのスタッフの対応が良い

Cons:

夜中に室外ローカやエレベーター付近での他客の騒ぎ声、話し声がうるさかった。文化の違いもあると思うので、ホテルとしての注意喚起のアナウンスをしては?

Pros:

Great location, great breakfast options, and amazing staff.

Cons:

There was a very slight smell when I first walked in. I am sensitive to smells but it was okay once the A/C was on for a bit.

This is the place if you have tons of activities, and if you are planning to explore blok m. Coming back to a clean room
Pros:

Location is very strategic. Nearby MRT station, close to Blok M with all the hype places.
Also the staff is very friendly.

Cons:

Sometimes the lift wouldn’t accept the keycard, so need to do it repeatedly.

We enjoyed our stay and very convenient to go shopping and eateries.
Pros:

Breakfast is excellent. Foods are tasty. Plenty of drinks.
Location is convenient to 2 big malls. Lots of street foods.
