Location beautiful double balcony top floor sunrise unbelievable, plenty of space large room, my wife and myself totally enjoyed our stay.

Won't stay here again
Pros:

The location was secluded from the hustle of the boardwalk. We chose a 2 bedroom suite, which was clean with a beautiful layout. The staff was friendly and offered multiple dining facilities nearby.

Cons:

The hotel itself is in need of repairs. For instance when we used the Stairwell, the door entering to the 6th floor was inoperable due to the hydraulic latch not being attached. So when my daughter tried to open the door, it opened part way then bounce off the wall. When this happened there was a gap between the door and floor large enough for her foot to fit under. When the door bounced off the wall it grazed the top of her foot causing an abrasion. Safety should be your #1 priority.

When we arrived at the room the key card worked fine. We left for a short period then returned and the key card would not respond. The maintenance staff were notified and responded promptly. He explained the battery for the locking mechanism had gone bad, which was a quick fix.

We had a good time overall but the rooms and parking need work.
Pros:

The ocean view off the balcony was excellent Beds were comfortable to sleep on.

Cons:

The rooms were semi clean. There were dead bugs in corners behind one of the beds. Carpet were stained and coming apart in some places. Some carpeting didn’t look like it was vacuumed. Parking is terrible!! There was a flag football tournament Saturday the took up all the limited parking spots. Went to the front desk to ask about what to do and was told to keep driving around for the next hour or two. I replied saying I shouldn’t have to since I paid to stay here. Just didn’t get the best customer service I expected from a Wyndham hotel.
