Great housekeepers and maintenance crew; food was delicious as well

They gave my room key to someone else and they came in my room while I was naked.
I left my room to go check on my daughters at the pool and was unable to get into my room. Had to go to the office to get new keys.

Worst stay ever

I love the view from my room

Cons:

My room was not clean and on top of that, the ice machine was broken and the soda machine was kicking out hot sodas .. went downstairs to the restaurant and sat for 10-15 minutes and nobody acknowledged us to even take our order or ask us if we needed something to drink. On top of that the customer service was terrible. The young ladies are very rude at the front desk. I have called.and asked for the manager to call me and both girls were very rude to me. I wouldn't stay at that place ever again because of how rude they were to me

My stay was decent. It was enough room with three children and two adults.

My stay was excellent my kids enjoyed themselves they had a blast I do know online it showed I had booked an oceanfront

It was quiet , very clean the people was really helpful

Pros:

Didn’t get a chance to eat at the restaurant, but I will the next time I book but the location was excellent. I love the privacy. The views were spectacular. It was just an overall wonderful location, hotel and stay.

Cons:

I just wish that the breakfast time was a little bit longer.

The name of the hotel is deceiving. Ill never take a chance on Whynham again!
Pros:

The property is old and the paint is peeling. The carpet is nasty and has an older emitting from it. The outside of the property looks like you are in a bad neighborhood.

Run down, dilapidated, smoke filled, molded

The ocean

Cons:

Run down, broken things everywhere, fitness room closed, water damage, roaches, mold in room, supposed to be nonsmoking but everyone smoked on balcony (cigars included nonstop) and staff did nothing. Poor housekeeping. Dead roach in hallway for at least 3 days and never got vacuumed by housekeeping
