Pros:

Very nice owners. Pool was being fixed so disappointed in that but understand it has to be done. That should have been mentioned in the booking, that pool was not available.

Short expensive weekend
Pros:

Parking free and safe

Cons:

Dusty floor. Stained laundry. No toiletries, even if advertising as free. Locking of the door seemed weak, however uneventful... plus street number showed just next to beach, it was 5-7 min away. Very noisy street, especially in the evening. Bad windows. Dead flies around the bed. Very old furniture.Price-102 USD per night for something that worth probably 20....I stayed in Puerto Vallarta with same price at 3-4 star hotel...

Pros:

A really lovely old fashioned Mexican hotel that was exceptionally clean and well maintained. A great pool and inside grounds.

Cons:

Our room (#1) was noisy and right next to the street so we had to close all windows and not use the window screens to get some quiet mornings and evenings.

The Canadian fellow guests were very friendly and helpful.

Was pricey due to the booking.com fees. In the future i would book straight through them .
Pros:

I was appalled at the booking.com fees. Will never use you again.
The facility needs to get new beds and new bedding. Rips in bedding and uncomfortable mattress for what you are paying. Garden is beautiful and having a kitchen was great.

Cons:

Facility needs new mattresses. As well as bedding. Our sheets were thread bare.
