Pros:

For budget price accommodation it was clean, comfortable and in a convenient location

Cons:

There was traffic noise the first floor up but when I returned and went second floor up it was quieter

Good value but not good condition
Pros:

Near shopping mall, supermarket, restaurant and cafes. Very combinient place.

Cons:

I saw some cockroaches everyday. Bathroom smell bad. Room cleaning was available when requested. But they forgot to do it even if I requested. Outside is noisy and AC also noisy. So I applied year plages to sleep. I will never come back the hotel.
