the water heating kettle had bugs inside, so gross....no toilet paper in the washroom.

Chitwan Park Village is a wonderful place to stay near the jungle and Chitwan National Park. The property is spotless, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and it’s such a pleasant experience to walk around the peaceful village of Sauraha. The food is absolutely delicious, with fresh and flavorful dishes, and the staff are exceptionally friendly, hospitable, and always ready to help. From the rooftop,you can have a perfect view of the sunrise,sunset, and the beautiful Himalaya mountains. Surrounded by nature and warm Nepali hospitality, this place offers the perfect blend of comfort and adventure.

The location is quiet. The owner came to pick us up at the bust station and booked flights for us to Pokhara and Kathmandu.
The mattress is too soft, the pillows must be changed, and the lights must be fixed, no elevator and towels need to be changed.

No hot water, hard to get in contact with People in the reception, very little service in terms og breakfast when leaving early for safari - expensive compared to other accommodation in area

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel owner was more than helpful, organised a bus for us and brought us to the buspark. He said, he would also help us with booking a safari tour, but we already did that before. The hotel is in a good position and after a 10 minute walk we could reach the small city. The breakfast was good. We recommend the hotel and would come here again.
