Location was good and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room was clean and comfortable but the bed, carpets and shower are quite dated (shower doors falling of hinges) and show significant signs of wear. The room would benefit from renovation and modernisation.

Pros:

Staff is super friendly and helpful. Airport shuttle is free. The only dining option is the on-site restaurant but it is a pretty good one with quite many options and we could also ask for items not on the menus that they might have. The room is spacious and comfortable. The visual art center and botanical garden are about 25 min walk away.

Cons:

Female staff must refrain from entertaining male clients, they talk too long and even forget they are at work. They even exchanged numbers, one day their wives or partners will cause unnecessary scenes
