Cons:

Bruit des restaurants voisins mais c'est TULUM et l'hôtel nous avez averti.
Pas de salle de sport
Petite déception sur la vue mer quand vous êtes en Rez de Chaussée. Privilégiez les vues mer à l'étage pour avoir une vue plus dégagée.

Staff was so warm and welcoming!!
Pros:

Beautiful endless sandy beach to view right from our room! The room was just as imagined and I loved the canopy bed.

Cons:

I didn’t like the odd smell in the bathroom which often came from the roof if it was damp from rain. Staff put some incense in and it helped.

Overall, we had a great experience at Delek Tulum and I had a wonderful birthday!
Pros:

Coffee and Tea with a muffin each morning was a special treat. The breakfast meals and appetizers that we ordered were tasty and the service was excellent! We were pleased with the ocean view from our room, as well as how close we were to the beach, and the daybeds provided were very nice! Steph and Cat, in the main office took great care to make our visit (and my birthday) special. George delivered requested items to our room (food, drink, etc) and made great recommendations to help meet our needs.

Cons:

The theme and idea for the hotel is beautiful. I love the idea of tranquility, meditation, cleansing, and blessings. However, the location is in the area that has many night clubs and the music is quite loud at night. In all fairness, the hotel did notify us of the music prior to our arrival with enough time to cancel if this was a problem, and they provided ear plugs to us.
Most of the guests we saw appeared to be quite young (20's, 30's). The evenings did not provide the tranquility I had hoped for, but the earplugs were a huge help!

Beautifull beach hotel. Couldnt be a better choice than Delek. Warme hopitallity, Pao, the lady in the reception wad very nice and helpfull. The roon was clean and very nice designed. The beach was a dream. Like in a picture. Highly recomended.

Cons:

Awful sound on a night - had to wear headphones to sleep due to club/bar noise.
The bonus environment charge was unexpected and significant and the only time it was charged across 5 properties we stayed in Mexico.

The hotel staff were incredibly kind and professional. Since the pool wasn’t available during our stay, they immediately offered us the option of a free cancellation. In the end, we decided to go anyway — and we’re so glad we did! They even treated us to complimentary breakfast every day, which was such a lovely gesture.

Our room was a Master Suite, absolutely the best choice — spacious, elegant, and truly outstanding in every detail.
