A beautiful, rare setting with easy access to Valladolid and great food onsite.
Pros:

A beautiful setting, on the outskirts of Valladolid. Ease of parking which would be much harder in the centre of town. really great food onsite at the hotel. We had a much better breakfast and dinner at the hotel which was more reasonably priced and better tasting than at some of the other restaurants in town. Pool was great to have for kids and the grounds are really beautiful. The Hacienda setting was stunning. Staff were lovely overall.

Cons:

We had asked for a quiet room preferably on a corner of the block, which we got, but it was the end nearest to the main road rather than more internal to the hotel grounds, so it did feel noisy at times, especially in the mornings with trucks etc rattling past from quite early on. Shower had some issues with providing hot water.

El hotel muy bonito y cómodo, buena atención y cómodo. La ubicación también está muy bien , al lado del centro comercial.

La alberca estaba un poco turbia el agua, y el piso estaba descarapelado y los pies de mis hijos quedaron lastimados a nivel cutaneo, nada grave pero.fue incómodo.

J ai réservé une villa avec deux chambres mais il n y en avait qu une. Ils ont créé une chambre dans la pièce de passage d entrée et sortie de la villa et d entrée et sortie de la vraie chambre et salles de bain. De plus le ménage n est pas fait tout est sale et non entretenu. Je l ai signalé à booking que c était non conforme à la description du logement et que je souhaitais être relogé mais je n ai pas eu de réponse !

Excelente para desconectarse
Pros:

No está en el centro pero todo está cerca en Valladolid. Muy silencioso y cómodo estar en las instalaciones. El servicio al cliente es increíble por parte de todos los trabajadores. Disfrutamos mucha nuestra estancia ahí. Baño amplio con agua fría y caliente, camas amplias y cómodas al igual que las almohadas. Por las noches es posible ver la constelación de la Osa Mayor.
La comida del restaurante es bastante rica. Los jugos son deliciosos!

Cons:

Solo una cosa: la reserva siempre fue para 3 personas y siempre que nos cambiaban las toallas dejaban 2 en lugar de 3 y eran muy pequeñas.
