It was just ok.
Pros:

Close to the station.

Cons:

Didn’t provide enough amount for the laundry powder. We stayed for 9 nights and the laundry powder just from the leftovers from previous visitors.
The room was too little. Didn’t have much room to move around.

The staff were very helpful, and the location is extremely convenient with many restaurants, grocery shops, convenience stores, and Don Quijote just nearby.

尚可，同樣預算可以考慮其他地點。
Pros:

周邊購物、飲食都很方便。
臨韓國街，很多韓國商店與餐廳。

Cons:

離JR站很遠，步行15分鐘以上，隔音很差（晚上很多救護車經過）。
臨歌舞町，路上煙蒂、垃圾很多。
標榜家庭房，實際空間有限，大行李也無空間攤開。
2點到達，被告知3點才能入住，照規定在現場等到3:30pm才有工作人員來帶領，到另一棟建築物（與booking上的位置與描述不同）。

Don't bother.
Pros:

Location was good as it was close enough to train stations to get to another accommodation.

Cons:

Rooms were not clean, beds were very uncomfortable, barely a mattress, pillows were thin and were not great at all. I booked 2 rooms for significant amounts of money that we could not use. One room appeared to be almost an ex-jail cell and not clean at all, bathroom was impossible to use and the other was a walk away which wasn't an issue, except the beds were horrible, the pillows were non-existent and overall not a great stay. We booked for a week, we stayed a night and booked another place across the road.

We did try to discuss for a partial refund however was unsuccessful. Do not book this place at all.

Pros:

The location was nice as it's a walk away from multiple train stations, near Korea town and main centre Shinjuku

Cons:

A wonderful, comfortable stay in the heart of Shinjuku’s busy nightlife!
Pros:

The apartment is very centrally located and easy to get to. The staff was prompt and courteous and made check in very easy.

Cons:

This is out of the property’s control, but it can get quite noisy at night, given the location. Travelers in search of a restful stay should be aware that there can be loud sounds at night from the street.

总体来说很算满意的，因为有洗衣机可以把床单洗一下遍感觉很舒服，房间不大但也还可以，毕竟收费也不算太贵，客服小哥很好很快帮忙解决问题，这个我给他打满分，地理位置很好很便利，这是优点也是缺点，因为经常听到救护车消防车的噪音，但是在我相信只要生活
