The property is at a great location, and is easy to find and get access to your room. Spacious beds and has all the basic amenities included.
Good air conditioning

We booked a 3 bed family room with a balcony

Constant emergency sirens from ambulance and fire trucks passing by at ALL hours of the day and nights but this was not the fault of the property. What was not nice about the property that could have been better were the glass door to the balcony not shielding any sound from getting into the room. It sounds as if you were outside even when it is closed.
In addition, the bathroom is very cramped, which is to be expected in Tokyo, but this one was especially so, making it difficult to get ready. The sink was peeking into the bath tub, and the controls for the water of the sink and shower are shared.
The towels were cleaned, but smelled musty and old. The rest of the apartment was relatively clean, but if you are picky about cleanliness this is not the place for you. The facilities outside of the room are clearly older and the whole building has some age to it.
The elevators are incredibly small

Maybe other room types are better but this was our experience in 3 bed Family room with balcony

Pros:

There were four of us and yes it was a little cramped but apart from sleeping we weren't in the place. Beds were comfortable and we didn't have any problems finding the place or accessing it. It was in a good location for a number of metro stops with a couple of 7 11 stores close by.

Cons:

I have no complaints. The property met my expectations.

Pros:

Ottima! Lo staff è stato gentilissimo, la posizione era ottima e ben collegata con i mezzi pubblici. La stanza era piccola, ma confortevole. Il bagno era grande, con una wet room (una delle mie parti preferite!). La consiglierei. Nessun problema con la pulizia.

Cons:

Purtroppo avevamo una sola chiave, ma è stata davvero l’unica nota “negativa”. Con un po’ di organizzazione ce l’abbiamo fatta comodamente.
