ห้องน้ำเล็กไปนิดนึง น้ำร้อนใช้มากๆอาจจะต้องรอตี4-ตี5ถึงจะกฃับมาร้อนอีกที ปรับราคาลงมานิดนึงได้ก็ดีนะครับ

It has a good and big bathroom.The staff member showed us around the apartment very well and explained how everything worked.

The beds were small. We were three big guys and the ones that slept together they dont have any space to move.

Our stay here was relaxed and peaceful if we'll be going to Tokyo, we would most likely stay here.
Pros:

It's near the train station and multiple districts. Once we got tired, it was easy to go back to the room to rest and relax. The place is also complete and very clean.

Me sorprendió el tamaño, era más grande de lo que esperaba y para tres personas estaba bien, si fuera para dos personas mejor, porque las camas son de plaza y media no de dos plazas. Y el baño era más grande de lo que esperaba, tenía ducha con puerta.

Cons:

Pedí dos llaves ya que éramos tres personas y, el encargado, lejos de solucionar simplemente contestó de forma muy grosera y sin ninguna explicación. Cuando intenté entender, esta persona intentó usar el chantaje emocional y justificar su falta de profesionalidad usando como excusa la cultura japonesa. Cuando un cliente pide dos llaves con educación, lo correcto, como mínimo, es que se le explique claramente por qué no se le pueden dar; no entrar en conflicto innecesario y mucho menos ser maleducado o recurrir a trucos como el chantaje emocional. A nadie le gusta que le escupan la inteligencia y, para colmo, que no le resuelvan el problema.

Pros:

Great little apartment option instead of a Hotel & the balcony was a bonus. The 2 double beds easily accomodate 2 to 3 people & the location was convenient that you could easily walk to all major Shinjuku City sites & catch a train to others ( get off at the Higashi Shinjuku Train station & Exit through 1A so it's 200 metres away. Plenty of Restaurants, cafe & Family Mart close by.
The Host was lovely & communicated well & met us to hand over the keys.

Cons:

Everything was great but a couple of extra pillows & towels would be nice for longer stays
