Friendly staff, good location, excellent food
The hotel staff are so friendly, going above and beyond to accommodate your needs. The owner is Tibetan and a wonderful philanthropist. Food is delicious and at very reasonable prices. The hotel is 15min walk from Thamel in a quiet and safe location. 100m from the hotel is a lovely vegetarian café.
The staff are exceptional. It’s been refurbished and is a very smart hotel.
Could do with a gym
Super clean- everyday cleaning service is supreme.
Also all the staff are so wonderful- so helpful- and also very sincere- they really try to make you feel at home.

Mice interior and calmness
We had a nice stay at Tibet Hotel. Staff is very nice and responsive, rooms are confortable with standard equipment.
Rooftop restaurant and lobby café are very nice (good food and good drinks).
Good restaurants in the vicinity.
Can be a little noisy in the morning as there are people leaving very early the hotel.
Breakfast is ok but little choice (basic fruits like watermelon and melon only), croissants and chocolate croissants were not fresh every day (4 days).
Bathroom not very convenient, water goes everywhere when you have a shower.

A little bit noisy in the early morning because of the small square where buses are waiting for clients.
