Cons:

Quando cheguei eu embiquei o carro para descarregar as malas, porém, o funcionário falou para eu parar no estacionamento , só encontrei uma vaga bem longe e tive que carregar as malas, não gostei disto.
Solicitei uma coberta e o pessoal da recepção falou que eu devia descer para pegar, porém, quando desci para jantar acabei esquecendo de pegar, resultado a noite minha esposa sentiu falta da coberta.
Solicitei serviço de quarto, porém, a recepcionista falou que não tinha.
Enfim por ser um hotel 4 estrelas, fiquei muito decepcionado com estes fatos.

Cons:

Acredito que devido algum evento, vários hóspedes as 5 da manhã falando alto até me acordou as 5 da amanhã. Deveria ter algum aviso de silêncio nos corredores.

Atendimento cordial dos funcionários.
Café da manhã delicioso, com variedades para todos os gostos.
O isolamento acústico é excelente, o quarto que me hospedei era de frente para a rodovia, zero ruído.
Limpeza ok.

Cons:

Colchão muito desconfortável.
Capas dos travesseiros estavam com cheiros desagradáveis.
Não ter elevador, precisar subir escadas com bagagem.

Preis Leistung passt, für 1-2 Nächte , auf der Durchreise oder Geschäftlich ist es völlig ok .
Pros:

Personal an der Rezeption war wirklich sehr freundlich und hat sich sehr bemüht, obwohl kein Wort Englisch gesprochen wird .

Cons:

Servicepersonal im Restaurant kommt von selbst überhaupt nicht. Ich musste einige male zur Rezeption gehen und um eine Kellnerin bitten. Hatte das Zimmer leider zu Autobahn zugewandt und man hört den Verkehr. Ich konnte damit leben, hab ja gewusst das die Lage eher einem Autobahnmotel entspricht. Fast alle Geräte im Fitnesscenter waren defekt oder unbrauchbar. Es wurden aber bereits neue Geräte angeliefert und diese müssten nur mehr aufgebaut werden .
