Pros:

The staff in restaurant is very nice and offered proper service. The room is spacious and the bed is pretty comfy. The concierge is helpful too.

Buffet for breakfast need more varieties especially local kuih.request drink machine for tea and coffee, please less the sugar.let the customers do the balancing of the sweetness.care more un healthy drinks.

Everything was good but need to improve on WIFI and TV box

The room size was quite satisfactory for me, and so was the cleanliness. The facilities provided were also acceptable, except that there was no bathrobe. I also panicked for a moment after using the toilet because there was no water when I tried to flush — it turned out that the tank had no water. Thank you to the maintenance PIC for arranging the fix.

As for the WiFi, the network connection was quite poor, considering that the TV provided uses a TV box, which often lags. The remote for the TV box is also quite complicated to use when changing channels. I hope the management of Imperial Hotel will improve these issues, as sometimes we need to work while on vacation.
