The hotel stay is good...
The location is ideal...
The staff is excellent, helpful, and catered to all needs. I especially mention Anas from Morocco and Khaled from Yemen.

في يوم المغادرة كان موعد اقلاع الطائرة الساعة 11.45 ليلاً وكنت احتاج الى البقاء في الفندق لغاية الساعة 7 مساءاً بعدها انطلق الى المطار طلبت منهم البقاء لحين ذهابي كوني من زبائن الفندق وكل اقامةاجلب لهم زبائن لكن صاحب طلب مني حسب انظمة الفنادق مغادرة الغرفة الساعة 12 ظهراً وأعطوني بعدها ساعتين فقط للمغادرة او احتساب اجرة ليلة بس مخفض

On the day of departure, the plane was scheduled to take off at 11:45 pm and I needed to stay at the hotel until 7 pm and then head to the airport. I asked them to stay until I left because I am a customer of the hotel and every time I stay I bring them customers. However, the owner asked me, according to hotel regulations, to leave the room at 12 pm and they gave me only two hours to leave or I would be charged a night’s fee, but at a reduced rate.

Pros:

hi, only the location is good. near the old city. near the public transportation, near the old bazar, near eminono skeletal, near aya sofia, near soltan ahmad mosque, near gulhane park, near aksaray.

Cons:

All of the other things such as room, cleaniess, shower, breakfast, bed, wifi, staff,.... are very very very very...... bad. the staff are not friendly, the shower and toilet are old and dirty, breakfast has not more option.

I was their many times, they were professional, clean rooms,polite, comfortable rooms, helpful staff, but this time I found a young men running the hotel without any experience, the breakfast man was very rough (a jar of poison), in general: I advise everyone, not to spoil their holiday by staying at this hotel, as long as current people running the hotel.

Pros:

Location is very good 👍
This hotel is boutique hotel, very near to public transport metro,tramvay and buses and ferries. Maximum 5 minutes walking distance, staff is very helpful, you can go by walking to haghia Sophia and blue mosque max 15 minutes. And near to spice bazaar just 5 minutes.
