A great family vacation
Pros:

We like the hospitality of the staffs, special thanks to Manar from the reception, Ann from the buffet restaurant and the guys from concierge and gold carts service. They did an amazing job and costumer support in accommodating the guests. We also like the location since it has a private beach. Our kids enjoy the pool and jacuzzi while we enjoyed the gym facilities. Also, their breakfast and dinner is so amazing and lots of variety.

Cons:

The room is kind of old and needs some re-modification and renovation to catch up with other modern style hotels. Cleaning service needs improvement.
