Hotel najgorszy w jakim byłem. Brudno, nie sprzątany, po wyjściu pokojówki były koty kurzu, podłoga nigdy nie myta, wszędzie na stole, szafkach kurz. Odpływ w prysznicu zatkany, w szafach również kurz i brud. Śniadanie trudno nazwać śniadaniem - marnej jakości pomidory, stare prawie zgniłe oliwki, wydzielane jajka na twardo. Brak warzyw i owoców.
Woda do herbaty nalewana przez owinięty brudną szmatką kranik. Brak podstawowych dań: jajecznicy, gotowanego lub smażonego sudżuku (kielbasy), które są w każdym hotelu. Brak windy, schody bardzo niebezpieczne!!! Klamki w drzwiach latają dookoła.
Kiedy prosiłem o zmianę pokoju na lepszy, to właściciel twierdził, że ma rezerwację. Po kilku dniach był cały czas wolny.
Proszę omijać ten hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful — definitely 5/5 for the team. However, the location description is a bit misleading. The hotel is not really in Konak as advertised, but closer to Basmane Gar. It also feels more like an old pension that was later converted into a hotel. Location overall: 4/5.
The biggest issue was cleanliness. First, I was given room 204, which was extremely dirty — both the bed and the floor. Later they changed my room to 104. The bed there was cleaner, but the floors and overall room condition were still not properly cleaned. The bathroom was also problematic: the shower was broken, water was not draining correctly, and water leaked outside. Cleanliness: 1/5. Comfort and facilities: 2/5.
Breakfast was unfortunately disappointing as well. Very limited variety, the food did not taste good, and the atmosphere/interior completely killed the breakfast mood. And honestly, in Turkey, if there is no simit at breakfast, that should be considered a crime. Breakfast: 1/5.
Overall, the staff tried their best, but the hotel seriously needs improvement in cleanliness and maintenance.
I cannot say that I liked the property, because I couldn’t live there. I had to change the hotel on the same day, due to horrible conditions.
Stains on the ceiling, stained chairs and dirt on the balcony, you couldn't enter the bathroom because of the smell, torn curtain, broken painting.

Hotel a conduzione familiare. Il personale molto molto gentile e disponibile non parla inglese ma comunicavamo con il traduttore.La struttura è accogliente con camere grandi, letto comodo e una buona doccia oltre a un ottima copertura wi-fi.
L’hotel è un po’ datato e avrebbe bisogno di una buona manutenzione.La colazione era un po’scarsa ma alla fine sufficiente.
