They refused to take online booking and forces us to pay 3 times more amount at the hotel. Since we arrived very late at night we didn't have any other option

The receptionist were try to scam for the extra money they had confusion between oyo and booking.com tie up because of there the traveller have to face problems , and the staff was very poor and with bad behaviour very dirty condition very poor
