Very good price/quality ratio
Pros:

The hotel is located right beside Taksim square, 5 minutes walk, very comfortable and close. The maps are taking you a little more far than it is actually situated. It is better to enter the street inside from the other side. Mohamed, the receptionist was very welcoming and nice. As I arrived too early, I left my suitcase until the evening as I spent all day out. Upon coming back, my suitcase was already in the room. And I had the upper floor, so it was very nice I didn't have to carry it all the way up. There is no elevator and the staircase is quite narrow and steep. The room is quite spacious, very comfy to have a washing machine, microwave, kettle, small kitchen. I even had a jacuzzi in the room, but it didn't work. Water in the bathroom worked well. The room is light, you can open curtains. The room has everything you need. There is a grocery supermarket right beside the hotel, you can buy necessary food and drinks. The prices are lower than in the shops closer to Taksim square. No breakfast served. But there are many cafes around, also you can have quite a nice breakfast at Aven hotel with 10$. All in all I think this hotel is a very good price/quality ratio.

Top Hotel mit exzellenter Lage! Sehr saubere Zimmer und ein extrem freundliches Team
Pros:

Hervorragendes Hotel! Die Zimmer sind blitzsauber und Hervorragende Lage! In nur 5 Gehminuten erreicht man den Taksim-Platz, von wo aus man alles Wichtige – Metro, Busse, Sehenswürdigkeiten und tolle Restaurants – direkt vor der Tür hat.. Das gesamte Team ist unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Besonders toll fand ich, dass der Besitzer sich regelmäßig persönlich nach meinem Wohlbefinden erkundigt hat. Ich habe mich rundum gut aufgehoben gefühlt und werde dieses Hotel definitiv immer weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Nichts – der Aufenthalt war perfekt. Schade ist lediglich, dass ich die Heimreise antreten muss und das Hotel deshalb heute verlassen habe

Muy buen lugar para visitar Estambul

Era limpia, la cama muy cómoda y la ubicación perfecta. Pese a estar en un lugar céntrico el ruido ruido no era problema. Además el servicio muy atento.

Wir sind am 20. Februar eingechekt und haben zimmer am 3 stock bekommen, im zimmer ist alles veraltet, viel schimmel überall, gegenstände, gläser sind schmutzig. Als ich am nächsten Tag duschen wollte, zerbrach plötzlich glastür in der duschkabine, ohne kontakt, ohne last darauf, ich habe insgesamt ca. 6 Schnittwunden am bein und arm sowie schock bekommen. Die ganze haut brennte unter Glasstaub. Ich meldete mich unverzögert beim Reception und fragte nach pflaster, es wurde gesagt es ist nicht schlimmes das wird sich heilen, nicht mal Desinfektionsmittel mittel wurde gegeben, natürlich wird das heilen, weiss ich als Arzt. Der Reception erklärte, dass wir ein neues Zimmer bekommen es gibt freien Zimmer und er müsse das mit dem chef besprechen, nach 1 Stunde kam der Chef und brachte einen reinigungsman mit und fange an zu sagen, dass ich das zu zahlen habe und wenn ich jetzt nicht bezahle, werde er das über Booking.com bekommen, anstatt normales Gespräch zu führen war er aggressiv und als er mitbekommen habe, dass ich für kaputte Glastür kein Zent zahlen werde nahm er seinen reinigungsmitarbeiter mit und verliess das zimmer mit Beleidigungen…. Ich war mit meiner Frau extrem schockiert… in Badezimmer konnten wir nicht mehr reingehen, ich könnte nicht mehr duschen und die haut brennte vom glasstaub weiterhin, sodass ich die nacht nicht schlafen könnte, wir haben die ausgabgsTür gesperrt und mit ängste haben versucht zu schlafen, da es 2 Uhr Nacht war. Frühmorgen haben wir das Hotel unverzüglich schnell verlassen. Im Nachhinein stellte ich fest, dass die positive Bewertungen sind eher Fake Bewertungen sind. So ein grausame Nacht haben wir nirgendwo erlebt.

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel ! L’accueil a été chaleureux et professionnel dès mon arrivée. Un grand merci à Mohamed pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme !

La chambre était très propre, confortable et bien équipée, avec une literie de grande qualité. J’ai aussi apprécié le calme et les installations de l’établissement.

Le personnel est vraiment attentionné et toujours disponible, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable.

Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir !

Хорошие апаратаменты за свою цену возле площади Таксим. Есть чайник, микроволновка, мини кухня. Все очень чисто! Отдельное спасибо администратором за быстрое решение вопросов) Рекомендую!

Sehr nah zum Taksim Platz mit guter Anbindung an alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ruhig gelegen. Zimmerreinigung schon nach 2 Nächten.

Cons:

Zimmer war sehr klein für zwei Personen. Es gab kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten oder Kleiderhaken. Die "Toilettenecke " im Bad war an der Decke voll Schimmel. Dusche nicht sehr sauber. Insgesamt war das Mobiliar etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
