The check-in process was smooth and convenient. The property is strategically located near Centrum and the night market, with plenty of food and shopping options within walking distance. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, the room was comfortable and adequately sized for two people.
Convenient location.
Every time I went to reception, the receptionist always not around, you have a call the contact number staff only will appear. Very confused that they have two reception counter at level 4 and level 5, you won't know which level you should go when you need assit.
My room doesn't have a window. I had requested the quiet room but they arranged the room nearby the main entrance. Sound proof is very poor, you even can hear the heater sounds when next room turn on the heater, and you can hear the sound when next door open and close the door.
No free car park.

Overall, the stay was acceptable, but there are several areas that need improvement:
Parking Issues
Parking was not convenient. Guests are required to park at Centrum parking, which costs RM20, and the hotel does not reimburse or provide any parking subsidy.
Lack of Directional Signage
There were no clear instructions or signs directing guests from the parking area to the hotel. As a first-time visitor, I spent nearly 30 minutes searching for the hotel. This may be frustrating for new guests.
Reception Availability
The receptionist was not readily available. I had to call for assistance during both check-in and check-out, which was quite inconvenient.
Limited Reception Hours
Reception only opens at 8:00 AM. It would be better if the counter opened earlier, as many guests may prefer to check out early to avoid traffic congestion when leaving Cameron Highlands.
Insufficient Room Storage
The room did not have a cupboard or wardrobe for storing belongings. As a result, we had to place most of our items on the floor, which was not ideal for comfort and convenience. Please increase the water pressure also.
I hope the management will consider these improvements to enhance the guest experience.
