Budget hotel with great facilities
Pros:

Very near to Centrum mall, this is the 1st hotel that lve been, the tv can show Netflix, children can see kids channels and very clear,

It was a pleasant stay, and I would definitely consider returning in the future.
Pros:

The check-in process was smooth and convenient. The property is strategically located near Centrum and the night market, with plenty of food and shopping options within walking distance. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Overall, the room was comfortable and adequately sized for two people.

Cons:

Every time I went to reception, the receptionist always not around, you have a call the contact number staff only will appear. Very confused that they have two reception counter at level 4 and level 5, you won't know which level you should go when you need assit.


My room doesn't have a window. I had requested the quiet room but they arranged the room nearby the main entrance. Sound proof is very poor, you even can hear the heater sounds when next room turn on the heater, and you can hear the sound when next door open and close the door.

No free car park.

Cuma harap pihak hotel boleh letak pewangi bilik.. Bila baru masuk tu bau kepam sikit.. Jenuh kami spray perfume..
