Got a night bus and they woke up at 4am to let me check in. It’s run by this cute vietnamese couple who don’t speak at of English but with google translate we got by well. They sent me to bed quickly so they could also sleep well & then the husband dropped me to my next stay in Ha Long when I checked out at midday. The perfect stopping point for a late night from the bus station, in walking distance, and felt so nice to put a little extra money in their pockets.

The location was great for getting off the night bus. We arrived from Ha Giang around 5am, the hotel was a 5 minute walk and the couple that run the hotel were so kind and helpful and checked us right in. They also offer a taxi service and arranged for us to get coffees in the morning. All perfect, just what we needed!

Very modern and clean rooms, Very large bed and extremely accommodating staff. We arrived from ha giang at 4am and the owner stayed awake to open for us!

The staff were amazing

We went there directly from our night bus to halong from ha giang. We arrived at 3am and it was absolutely no problem. The check in worked like a charm and we were greeted warmly. We walked 10 minutes from the bus terminal.

The hosts didn't speak English but we used translate and that worked well. They helped us out by driving us to the port for our ha Giang bay cruise. They then even brought us our bags that we had left at the hotel after the tour had finished.

Nothing but good to say about this hotel. The room was super nice and clean. Absolutely lovely hosts and great value.

As Germans we were exceptionally happy with this booking.

Good value for money

The staff were lovely and friendly :) They waited up for us to let us in after our night bus. They also arranged transport to the port for our halong bay cruise.
Both beds were large and comfortable. A perfect stay between the night bus and before the boat cruise!

(We booked it because it was close to the bus station we were told we would be going to. However our bus terminated at a different bus stop instead so we had to organize a car to drop us to Anika hotel at 4am. Nothing at all to do with Anika Hotel but just mentioning in case anyone else is doing the same as we were. There were lots of taxis waiting to take people where they needed to go pretty cheaply).

We were getting off a bus in the middle of the night and the stayed up to let us in. The staff were so nice and helpful. The facilities are very clean and nice. Would definitely stay here again

The staff was really helpful. We arrived in the middle of the night. They stayed up to welcome us. When we wanted to go for a Halong tour trip. They helped us and drove us first to a restaurant for breakfast and then to the port. In the evening they arranged a good local taxi service to Hanoi.
