Un très bon hôtel avec les meilleurs hôtes du monde
Pros:

J’ai adoré les propriétaires. Ils ont été très gentils avec moi. La chambre était propre et la literie très confortable ! L’emplacement était idéal pour moi étant en transit entre deux villes. Et les restaurants autour étaient bons

Pros:

Il est à proximité de la gare de bus .

Cons:

Le personnel est souriant mais ne parle pas anglais / ne fait pas d’effort sur Google traduction.
Ne veut pas qu’on paye par carte ! Ce n’est mentionner nul par sur le site qu’on ne peut pas payer par carte .
Un mauvais rapport qualité prix pour ce qu’on a payé

Pros:

Disponibilità incredibile del personale. Ci ha aspettato alle 4 di notte che arrivavamo da Ha Giang. Ci ha accolto e dato la camera, cosa per niente scontata. Camera onesta. Per una notte ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Un po distante da tutto, ma per quello che dovevamo fare noi andava benissimo!

Perfecta relación calidad-precio y ubicación para coger el crucero a Halong Bay

Nos sentimos muy cómodos y recibidos. La señora del hotel nos esperó hasta las 4am para poder hacer el check-in ya que llegábamos en el bus a esa hora. La habitación super limpia, cama muy grande y con buena climatización

Easy stay near to the bus port for overnight sleeper buses.
Pros:

Friendliest staff. We used Google translate to communicate in Vietnamese and they were very engaging. They even drove us to a nearby ATM so we could draw cash, and they also helped us to find nearby food.

Saubere Zimmer. Betreiberin hat extra nachts auf uns gewartet bis der Bus um 3.30 Uhr angekommen ist. Wurden am nächsten Tag noch zum Hafen gefahren.

Pros:

Super lieve eigenaresse. Kwamen laat aan snachts met de nachtbus en ze bleef wakker zodat we konden inchecken. Ook reed haar man ons overal heen waar we heen wilden

Cons:

Het ligt dicht bij het busstation, maar wel wat verder van Ha Long; houd dat in gedachten.

Handige locatie en vriendelijke gastvrouw
Pros:

Loopafstand vanaf busstation. De gastvrouw ging tot het uiterste voor ons en was erg vriendelijk. Ze wachtte zelfs op ons in de lobby totdat wij arriveerden om 4:00AM.
