Pros:

Ne jamais loué chez lui c’est un voleur une fois arrivé sur place pas d’appartement de disponible et en plus il a pas voulu me rembourser j’ai dû faire la demande à PayPal pour un remboursement à fuir

Barato pero con detalles a tener en cuenta
Pros:

Muy buena la ubicación y la distribución de los ambientes.

Cons:

Fue compleja la comunicación con los propietarios. Nos pidieron que avisemos el horario de llegada para poder coordinar pero no nos dieron los detalles de ingreso hasta luego de 2 horas después de llegar. No sabíamos piso ni clave para ingresar al apartamento.
Bastante incómodas las escaleras.
La calefacción del living no calentaba.
El duchador del baño no tiene dónde colocarse para que quede fijo.
Intentamos comunicarnos también a la salida para solicitar un taxi pero ni nos respondieron a pesar de que decían estar disponibles las 24hs.

Pros:

We rented two apartments, one was as in advertisement and the pictures of which you can see. This one was good, and definitely a good value for money. The host was also helpful.

Cons:

The second apartment, was moldy, and in worse shape. But otherwise okay.

The location is perfect 👌 10/10

Cons:

The biggest problem with my stay was the bed — it was extremely uncomfortable and caused back pain. For a flat of this level, I expected a much better sleeping experience. The bed was very noisy and made sounds every time i moved . Unfortunately, I wouldn’t stay again unless the beds are upgraded.

A big apartment in the historic Beyoglu district of Istanbul
Pros:

The apartment is quite big and spacious. It is located in the very heart of the Beyoglu district, just a few minute walk to Istiklal and the Taxim square. So it's a perfect location to explore the day and night vibes of this very lively area. The street itself is pretty quiet at night so no problem with sleeping. But during the day the traffic is very hectic. You need to watch out not to be run over by a car.

Cons:

It seems that the hosts settled us in an other apartment different from the one shown in our booking. At least it didn't look quite the same as in the photos. The bathroom was very run-down and needs to be renovated.

Un endroit chaleureux
Pros:

C'est un bel appartement très confortable et Propre, le propriétaire est très réactif. Le quartier est très calme une ambiance chaleureuse des résidences authentiques et mignonnes. On était à 5 minutes de l'avenue animée d'istiklal.je recommande l'appartement et je reviendrai avec ma famille avec plaisir 🙂

Cons:

Le seul souci c'est qu'il n'y avait pas assez d'ustensiles de cuisine pour les gens comme nous qui aiment préparer des repas à la maison. Mais bon ça nous a pas gâcher le séjour.

Pros:

The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood close to İstiklal street, is spacious and clean. The heating was always on and the owner was very helpful. Although we had a flight delay and we arrived almost midnight, he was on spot waiting for us with a warm welcome.
We would definitely consider it for the next visit!
