Expectation vs reality
Pros:

Good location, front desk was accommodating

Cons:

Room smelled moldy, floor was dusty and room air conditioning wasn’t on when we checked it so the room felt like an oven when we entered. Went down for breakfast at 7:30am, was told they ran out of most dishes and they will not refill. We ended up with fried fish fillet and canned corned beef. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator, good thing the staff are willing to assist with the luggage

Great hotel with direct view of Mayon volcano
Pros:

Staff is awesome! Breakfast is decent and price is affordable.

Cons:

Our room has a foul smell in the bathroom, but this got fixed by adding water to the drains. We got the cheapest but also smallest of the rooms. No windows and the bed is a bit tight. Try to upgrade yourself for a more comfortable stay.

Overall still nice to stay,
Pros:

Like some of the Filipino foods. For the location of the hotel was close to the shopping mall, church, to my family house in Daraga and to my friends house.

Cons:

Coffee was weak in flavour and was not nice. Cereal selection could offer more healthier options. Fruits provided was regularly non existent and should be kept being replenished.
The room was noisy at night time because very close to the main road.

Overall, we had an amazing stay at this hotel.
Pros:

The location is perfect since it sits at the center between Daraga and Legazpi City, there is an easy access to public transportation and banks are just nearby. Breakfast is also amazing, each day we look forward to it.

Cons:

I did not expect the rooms to be so small and there is no elevator.

Making the best use of space available
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and professional. Food in the restaurant was good but buffet breakfast was not replenished quickly to align with numbers of customers.
The bed and pillows were comfortable though and there was hot water in the shower.

Cons:

The room was really small and had no window. I booked a superior double room, I wasn't expecting this.
It was an effort to squeeze in 2 suitcases.
It was ok fir one night.
