A good place to rest if visiting
Pros:

The room was clean and everything was in good condition as well as it having a decent view of the volcano. The staff is also exceptionally friendly and helpful with all requests. The breakfast is also good for what you pay. Overall it’s extremely good value for money.

Cons:

It’s located on an extremely busy street so expect traffic jams when calling a taxi and also because of that it can be very loud at night.

Comfortable , clean and good location , easy to get around from
Pros:

Staff are friendly and helpful and was able to grant my request to immediately make up the room, which wasn’t made up especially we were out all day long !

Cons:

Breakfast are from 6 am. -10am and we get down about 8-9am. and very little food are left in containers and twice we have to ask for refills , which they did , but surely there should be ample amount to cater for everyone until the finishing time at 10 am. Coffee is not the best , very weak and doesn’t taste good !

Cons:

Крошечные номера, сильно меньше чем кажутся на фото. Невозможно разойтись двум взрослым людям. Так же если приходишь на завтра в 9, то уже много чего нет

Overall a wonderful stay
Pros:

The breakfast had a nice variety of local & common foods. Staff was helpful & kind. Air-conditioning & shower were great.

Cons:

Refrigerator in room would have been nice. View of volcano from building would have been nice too.

Cons:

Room and Bathroom are small. The bathroom door handle is not round off and has sharp edge, I got a cut when tooth brushing when the door is not fully closed.
