La sala colazione è bella, luminosa e la proposta di cibo abbastanza variegata. La posizione della struttura è vicina alla cattedrale e c'è la possibilità di usufruire di un buon ristorante ubicato al primo piano.

Non amo fare recensioni negative, ma in questo caso spero venga presa come critica costruttiva. Ho prenotato dal sito una doppia e mi hanno assegnato una singola, con un unico comodino e un lato del letto attaccato alla parete, insistendo che si trattasse di una doppia Superior??? Ho fatto presente che se fosse stata una doppia avremmo dovuto avere ogni spazio usufruibile per due persone e non solo per una. Il giorno successivo ho chiesto al mattino di poter avere la camera che avevo prenotato...e rientrato in Hotel alla sera dopo una lunga giornata in ospedale mi è stato detto che la mia richiesta non era sta evasa perché il personale della reception non ne aveva tenuto conto. Dopo circa un ora siamo stati trasferiti in una doppia....Segnalo che la musica ad alto volume alle 6.30 del mattino in un locale adibito a colazione non è che sia il risveglio migliore per gli ospiti. Ovunque nel mondo si cerca di dare inizio alla giornata con un livello sonoro soft. Se voglio la discoteca la cerco magari alla sera ma non all'alba. LA nostra camera era direttamente affacciata sulla via principale con una qualità dl sonno che dire pessima è ancora riduttivo. Anche dopo essere stati trasferiti abbiamo continuato a sentire rumori molesti tutta la notte. Per finire, mi è stato trattenuto il deposito di 1000 pesos perchè la mia compagna ha sporcato il copri materasso con del sangue. Ho fatto presente che ad ogni modo le lenzuola vanno lavate quando gli ospiti liberano la stanza e che 1000 pesos per lavare delle lenzuola non si pagano nemmeno in Europa....Tornerò a lavorare a Bicol, ma di sicuro non tornerò mai più in questo hotel.

Great stay for a budgeted work related trip.
Pros:

I like the room. Although it's small it was clean. However, at the middle of the night a HUGE fly flew over my head and its so scary. The staff were so accommodating. They carry my luggage since it's heavy and they have no elevator. This could've been perfect but I think they never planned to have an elevator somewhere else.

Cons:

The fly. OMg! it was so scary.
No lift.
Parking too small but still okay since I always get to park inside.

Friendly staff, good food. You get what you pay for.
Pros:

Staff are very friendlly, place is clean. Breakfast was okay. I think it was better during our first stay. During our second stay this time, I think breakfast options were fewer. The restaurant staff were also very friendly, and the concierge too are very helpful. The room service does a pretty good job at cleaning, plus it's very close to places like fast food, laundromat, book shops, public communal spaces, etc.

Cons:

It's not that big of a deal, but as a PWD, the steps were not PWD friendly, so if you have mobility issues, this place might not be an ideal stay. Also it would have been great if bathroom had a shower curtain because the floor outside the shower stall always got wet after we showered. The room was also not super sound proof as we could hear the city noise pretty loudly even at night.
