A perfect spot overlooking Castellammare del Golfo
Pros:

Breathtaking view you never get tired of. Large rooms and comfortable facilities including an infinity pool and breakfast room.
Breakfast wasn't super rich but had everything we needed for a good start of the day.
Extremely nice and helpful owner.

Prachtig, maar de puntjes op de i zijn er nog niet helemaal
Pros:

- het uitzicht is werkelijk magisch. Je ontbijt zal nooit meer hetzelfde zijn, noch een dip in het zwembad.
- de decoratie buiten, de vele planten, het indirect licht
- grote kamers, grote douche
- aangenaam bed (al misten we een iets dikker dekentje)
- dagelijks kuisen
- het vrouwtje aan het ontbijt verdient een extra pluim, zo vriendelijk.
- naar Italiaanse normen een uitgebreid ontbijt
- zelfs handdoeken voor aan het zwembad
- prijs-kwaliteit

Cons:

- stilaan mogen er een paar opfrissingen gebeuren: de siliconen in de douche waren aan vervanging toe, een stopcontact kwam wat los.
- zoals aangegeven worden er events en trouwpartijen georganiseerd. Hou hier rekening mee. Ons stoorde het niet, we hoorden niets in de kamer. Overdag waren we weg op uitstap. Echter, als je ‘s avonds na een dag terugkomt heb je geen parking. Je moet je in een donker weggetje vol gigantische (zelfs naar Siciliaanse normen) gaten parkeren om de volgende de auto zielsalleen terug te vinden. Dit gezegd zijnde, heb je echt wel een auto nodig om er te geraken. Een begin van een oplossing zou zijn die weg al te verbeteren.

We waren er voor een trouwfeest, dit hotel is daar op gebaseerd. Verder zouden we zelf niet terugkomen

Het is een fantastisch uitzicht! vanop de berg zie je het zicht over de stad beneden. Prachtig.

Cons:

Onvriendelijk personeel. Geen bar of automaat aanwezig. Geen taxi of bus in de buurt, en je kan niet te voet langs de drukke baan naar de stad beneden. de ligging was dus zeker niet ideaal.

La vista splendida su Castellammare e sul mare.

Cons:

Le Belvedere ne mérite pas son appellation de resort 4 étoiles. Cela ressemble davantage à un hôtel 3 étoiles. Le petit-déjeuner est très limité et seulement servi de 8h30 à 10h. Les nuisances sonores sont permanentes : portes coupe-feu qui claquent dans les couloirs et, le week-end, des réceptions ou mariages avec la musique à fond jusqu’à 1h30–2h du matin, rendant le sommeil impossible. Lors de ces événements, le parking est saturé. Le directeur nous avait proposé de nous garder une place, mais nous avons préféré ne pas sortir par crainte de ne pas pouvoir nous garer au retour, ce qui nous a bloqués deux soirs. Le matin qui suit, c’est le chaos : il faut attendre des heures avant que tout soit nettoyé, le personnel fume autour de la piscine ou prend de longues pauses, certains bains de soleil sont cassés, et ceux qui restent sont déplacés pour les événements, réduisant encore l’espace. J’ai même vu une femme de ménage rincer sa lingette directement dans l’eau de récupération de la piscine, ce qui est franchement inacceptable.

Autre point décevant : il n’y a pas de restaurant sur place. Il faut descendre au Quetzal, l’hôtel du cousin du directeur. Heureusement, ce lieu est un vrai rayon de soleil. Et surtout, un grand merci à Mara, qui a su nous accueillir avec chaleur et professionnalisme, allant même jusqu’à attendre notre arrivée tardive.

En résumé, l’endroit a du cachet et une belle vue, mais la chambre ne vaut pas le prix affiché et l’ensemble n’a rien d’un véritable resort. Si vous venez uniquement pour la vue, pourquoi pas. Sinon, cherchez un vrai 4 étoiles ailleurs.

Il Belvedere non merita la definizione di resort 4 stelle. Somiglia piuttosto a un albergo 3 stelle. La colazione è molto limitata e servita solo dalle 8h30 alle 10h. I rumori sono continui: porte tagliafuoco che sbattono nei corridoi e, nei weekend, ricevimenti o matrimoni con musica altissima fino all’1h30–2h del mattino, rendendo impossibile dormire.

bom custo beneficio para região.
Pros:

a localização é boa para quem está de carro. a vista da piscina para cidade é maravilhosa. o café da manhã é muito bom também, mas não se atrase.

Cons:

o tamanho do quarto. atende, mas poderia ser um pouco melhor. não dá para acomodar 2 malas grandes com conforto. porém, a area da varanda é muito boa.

Excepcional! El lugar es bellisimo, muy comodo, la atencion excelente. El desayuno muy bueno.
Es para quedarse varios dias.

Cons:

Desde la ruta no se ve el hotel y no hay buena señalización en el camino, por lo que se dificulta un poco el ingreso al hotel.
