A comfortable stay
Pros:

The front desk is very helpful. The hotel is very conveniently located. The suites are of a good size and comfortable. The Indian food from the restaurant is nice.

Cons:

The lift was problematic. The housekeeping can improve. The cafe has to step up its service levels especially since they have only one.

Very poor experience
Pros:

Breakfast was okay.

Cons:

The hotel claims to be 4 star. It is worse than OYO rooms. It is overly expensive and I wouldn't even pay 10% of the price to stay there.

- The hotel was very dirty everywhere.
- Wifi was very poor and barely usable.
- The staff was very rude.
- AC was not working in the room. Had to argue with the staff to change the room 8 hours after initially complaining. Was moved to a very small room with no window. Front desk staff said that no other room was free. When I asked for a reduced room rate, I was told to come later because he could not do anything.
- When I went there 4 hours later, there was a different person at the front desk. He refused to agree that the room was smaller. He also said that nobody promised me that there would be a window in the room(!).
- When I got angry, he found a different room on the same floor(!) which had working AC, window and was of the original size. When I asked why it was not done earlier, he refused to give me a clear answer.
- People were smoking in neighboring rooms and making loud noise all night long. My room had smell of smoke.
- One of the rooms I was moved to had only 1 spoon for 2 coffee cups. The spoon was dirty. I asked them to replace the spoon and get me 2 spoons. The staff replied that I would get only 1 spoon because I was giving them 1 spoon back(!).
- A guest from a different room came to count the number of hangers in the room. Apparently, the hotel the guest for stealing a hanger from the room(!).
- I asked for espresso during breakfast. I was given watered down coffee. When I said it that it wasn't espresso, the staff became adamant that it indeed was. When I refused, he went back and got me an espresso the next time. They could make espresso, but then they would argue and give anything to the guests.
- Tea was very bad.
- Check-out was extremely slow. They claimed that their server was not working and that I should wait(!). When I started getting annoyed, they agreed to email me the invoice.
