Amazing personal that also helped me get a space where I could work in the morning before the room was ready
Book a bicycle package and was expecting to then have actual bicycles including. Though was not, with that package all included was free parking if I would have brought one. + Calling yourself a SPA hotel and then not letting guests for free into the SPA is a big turndown

Загалом готель і номер хороші , але після проведеної там ночі через то що ковдра на ліжку мала років 20 вона була в жахливої стані , коли вранці я проснувся моє все тіло було покусане якимись жуками і клопами , просто жах , все тіло покусане і чухається 🤷🏽♂️
Персонал привітний, як на рецепції, так у ресторані на сніданку. Швидкий check in.
Ми бронювали цей готель, щоб було зручно дістатися пішки стадіону. Це максимально комфортно, якщо ви відвідуєте якісь заходи на Estadio Ciudad de Valencia.
Поряд є вулички, де можна безкоштовно запакувати авто, але хоч і паркомісць багато - вони майже всі зайняті. Ми їздили по колу кілька разів, поки знайшли місце.
Якщо ви користуєтесь громадським транспортом - звідси можна дістатися у інші куточки міста.
Будівля готелю не нова, через стіни чути розмови сусідів. У нас була кімната 347, там жахливий вигляд з вікна - будівля напроти і брудний простір між двома будівлями. Самі вікна мають матове скло, тому денного світла ви у номері майже не побачите.
Ми бронювали номер з одним ліжком, отримали два окремі ліжка.
Сніданок непоганий, є достатньо всього, щоб кожен обрав щось для себе. Ми прийшли снідати о 9 ранку - багато позицій вже були відсутні.
Ми бронювали готель через букінг - оплата проходила дивним методом. Потрібно було оплачувати номер за посиланням, яке готель надсилав у чат. Тобто оплата не стягнулася з картки як в інших готелях, і не було можливості оплатити готель на місці.
Фен не працював. У номері не було води, навіть чайника та чаю.

Las puertas meten muchísimo ruido al cerrarse, por lo que las dos últimas noches fue un contínuo despertar. Añadiendo que se escuchaba totalmente las conversaciones que tenían los de la habitación contigua
It's a very clean facilities, reasonable price, friendly staff, and great breakfast. Location is very convenient, which is only one block away from the train station.
