Prima verblijf in het hartje van de stad
Pros:

Aangename lichtrijke kamers met een moderne hedendaagse inrichting. De inkomhal en ontbijtruimte zijn heel stijlvol ingericht met veel oog voor detail. Bij mooi weer kan je ontbijten op het terras.

Cons:

De airco op één van de kamers dat we geboekt hadden werkte niet goed. Ook na het melden van dit probleem weinig verbetering.

Good location and nice clean comfortable room with good breakfast in pleasant setting.

Cons:

Scaffolding and workmen outside our room window but I understand this is unavoidable if maintenance and improvement is underway.

Cons:

No storage so felt a bit cramped. Had to hang clothes over a lamp. Also building works when we were there so you looked out onto scaffolding and there were workmen outside during the day.

Smart hotel in great position
Pros:

An excellent location just at the end of the main old town, lots of restaurants street. We felt we were at the heart of things but just round a quiet corner. Room was modern and very clean and large enough for two nights . Some I think were larger. Staff very friendly and helpful but minimal as often the case in these small establishments. Breakfast quality was good.

Wonderful Ljubljana
Pros:

Excellent location from which to explore the old city. The room was very clean and check-in was easy and quick. We travelled with our big dog (an extra fee for cleaning is charged) and she was also very welcome 😁. An elevator is available at the property.

The location can be easily reached by bus from the train station. Besides being close to the old city center and to the castle, it is also close to a lot of green spaces and walk paths, especially along the river.

We also had breakfast which was quite good, with options for vegetarians.

Okay for one night but not comfortable for a longer stay.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is great. It is on the edge of the old town, walkable to everything you want to do. We stayed there for one night before going to the airport, so closeness to the bus stop was also a plus.

Cons:

The room was quite small, okay for one night but for longer it would be difficult if you are not alone in the room. The bathroom is tiny and shower leaking, you can see that there has been some serious water damage at some point. No coffee or tea facilities in the room. Beds are okay but not that comfortable. Also, a renovation was going on when we were there which we were not aware of. Our view was through scaffolding and a guy was behind our window from just before 9 am already. Finally, room did get quite hot during nighttime, there is AC but it was relatively loud. Also opening a window did nothing due to scaffolding.

Pros:

Great location in old town of Ljubljana but away from the main crowds of tourists. Easy walk to castle and nearby restaurants. Reasonable breakfast options with delicious croissants

Cons:

Asked for help to get a taxi to bus station. Told taxi would come in 5 minutes and it never came.

Pros:

Sehr gut Lage und sehr freundliche Personen an der Rezeption und beim Frühstück . Der Weg zur Burg beginnt gleich in der Nähe des Hotels

Cons:

Parken ist eine kleine Herausforderung weil das Hotel in einer Fußgängerzone liegt . Aber die Tipps vom Hotel zum 100m entfernten Auspackstop sind super

Pros:

The hotel is on the edge of the old town, which made it quiet for sleeping but a quick walk to the restaurants and shops in the daytime. It’s a boutique hotel so only 3-4 rooms per floor. Room was small but very comfortable, AC (very important in the heat wave). Front desk staff were friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was included in a nice back garden. We booked 6 months ahead and got a great price per night. Would definitely stay again.
