Pros:

La stanza era molto accogliente e calda, il letto era comodo, il bagno era spazioso con una bella doccia grande e tutto pulito.
Era presente anche il frigo e una cucina con tutto l’occorrente per poter mangiare e cucinare.
Fuori c’era una bellissima piscina che non abbiamo utilizzato perché abbiamo soggiornato a fine ottobre.
Il personale era molto gentile sorridente e disponibile!

Cons:

l’unica pecca è la strada per arrivare se si ha una macchina bassa, ma c’è una strada alternativa più agibile anche con macchine basse.

Cons:

Schon der erste Eindruck des gesamten Anwesen war nicht ansprechend. Wir reisen sehr viel mit booking com aber diese Unterkunft entspricht nicht dem Niveau das wir von booking kennen.
Eher einer Jugendherberge.
Wir sind abgereist ohne das Zimmer zu beziehen.
Die Gastgeberin war zwar sehr nett und bemüht.
Die Bewertung mit 4,9 ist nicht nachvollziehbar!

Cons:

Begrüßung durch Hausherrn? Wirkte als "schmieriger Typ"
Kronleuchter im Zimmer voll Spinnweben, def Toilettendeckel, Beginnende Schimmelspuren in der Dusche
Pool war voller Blätter (könnte aber auch ein Gewitter kurz vorher ursächlich sein)
Bereich vorm Haus total ungepflegt, genauso der Garten
Anfahrt zur Villa ist grenzwertig, hatte sogar mit Audi Q3 Angst das Ölwanne aufsitzt, mit normalem PKW ist von Anfahrt abzuraten.
Im Durchgansbereich zum Pool war eine Art Outdoorküche , wenn da das Frühstück zubereitet werden soll, nein Danke, Zustand würde bei deutscher Lebensmittelkontrolle zu Schließung führen
Da wir von Anreise ziemlich fertig waren haben wir nur eine Nacht hier geschlafen und sind dann mehr oder weniger geflüchtet
Als wir uns per WhatsApp verabschiedet haben wurde er patzig
Gäste wie sie braucht man nicht kam als Antwort
Auch der Vorschlag zumindest einen Teil des Reisepreis zu erstatten wurde ignoriert.
Es werden anscheinend negative Bewertungen gelöscht.
Habe da als wir da waren auch negative Kommentare zur Anfahrt gelesen die wie andere Bewertungen auf einmal weg waren.

Vacanze bellissime in un posto meraviglioso
Pros:

Persone super cordiali, ambiente famigliare, luogo bellissimo in mezzo alla natura. Piscina meravigliosa e colazione con dolci fatti in casa.

Wir hatten nach einer Unterkunft in der Nähe von San Marino gesucht und können Villa Tilly nur empfehlen.
Pros:

Sehr ruhige Lage, ganz liebevoll angelegter Pool, Eigentümer sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Zufahrt könnte bei Regen ein Problem sein, für unserer SUV aber kein Problem.

Piccolo paradiso perfetto per chi voglia rilassarsi.
Pros:

Il posto è stupendo, tranquillo e immerso nel verde.
La zona piscina è un piccolo paradiso fiorito, l'acqua riscaldata con zone di idromassaggio, tutto curato nei minimi dettagli. Piena di dettagli è anche la camera, ma quello che ha fatto davvero la differenza è stata la gentilezza e disponibilità delle ragazze, Tilly e Sabina, che ci hanno coccolati dall'inizio alla fine e sempre con il sorriso.
La colazione è super! dobbiamo assolutamente tornare per qualche giorno in più!
