Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einem gepflegten Hotel - ideal für Badeferien
Pros:

Die guten Bewertungen haben uns dazu gebracht, im Fairmont ein Zimmer mit direktem Meerblick für eine Woche zu buchen.
Unser erster Eindruck war ein sehr freundlicher, effizienter Empfang und ein sehr schönes, sehr sauberes, geräumiges Zimmer, mit einem grossen Balkon mit direktem Meerblick.
Das Personal ist äusserst freundlich, hilfsbereit und versucht, falls möglich, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen.
Es gibt verschiedene Pools, kinderfreundlich oder adult only. Alle Pools sind sehr gepflegt, auch hier die Poolangestellten jederzeit hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Die Anlage ist sehr gross, verwinkelt und sehr gepflegt, mit schönem Garten.
Room Service: trotz voll ausgebuchten Hotel sehr freundlich und effizient, sehr gute Küche.
Ansonsten sind die Restaurants und besonders das Personal in Bezug auf Freundlichkeit, Höflichkeit, guten Service und Qualität des Essens nur zu empfehlen.
Spa: ausgezeichnete Treatments durch freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Trotz allen positiven Punkten hat es leider auch Schattenseiten: Es gibt verschiedene Restaurants, da das Hotel jedoch komplett ausgebucht war, konnten wir an mindestens 2 Abenden als Hotelgäste keine Reservation in einem der Restaurants tätigen, sondern waren gezwungen, auf Room Service auszuweichen.

Wir waren noch nie in einem Hotel mit solch vielen Kindern aller Altersklassen - dies fällt besonders beim (sehr guten) Frühstücksbuffet auf und bringt viel Unruhe und Lärm mit sich.

Tapa Wine Bar: die Rezeption hat für uns dort einen Tisch reserviert.
Äusserst unfreundlicher Empfang durch den Chef de Service - wir spürten sofort, dass wir nicht erwünscht waren.
Nachdem wir ca. 20 Minuten unbedient das absolute Chaos beobachtet hatten, trotz Nachfragen kein Getränk bestellen konnten, entschieden wir uns zu gehen und lieber erneut den Room Service zu bestellen. Der Chef de Service sah uns gehen und machte sich nicht einmal die Mühe, uns zu verabschieden oder sich zu erkundigen, wieso wir gehen. Übrigens: wir sprechen fliessend französich, deutsch und englisch - an der Sprache kann es also nicht gelegen haben ...........

Excellent location, great food, room for improvement in service
Pros:

Nice Location, very good food in all Restaurants, good service at the Beach with high Quality Interieur and furniture everywhere

Cons:

Staff outside of Restaurants is actually below standards, limited English, and not very service minded. Example: wanted to book the padel court. Concierge said he could not reach them, we should probably go there ourselves and similar experiences, like staff being completely overwhelmed when it rained as there was not enough space prepared inside for breakfast. Room for improvement.

Traumhaft, wir haben uns gefühlt wie die KönigIn

Das Zimmer war so picobello sauber und roch sehr gut. Alle sanitären Anlagen funktionierten einwandfrei, so wie wir es in Deutschland kennen und sonst nirgendwo während unseres Marokko Urlaubs erlebt haben. Die Lüftung / AC lief sehr sehr leise und wir bekamen nichts von den andern Gästen mit. Das Bett war ein Traum, wir haben so wunderbar geschlafen. Anlage top gepflegt, sehr schöne Poolanlagen. Das Personal super freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Und das Frühstück, Halleluja war das super. Das japanische Restaurant war sehr lecker

Cons:

Der Preis von 400€ die Nacht war schon sehr hoch, deswegen konnten wir nur zwei Nächte bleiben. Auch das Essen in den Restaurants war sehr teuer. Im Beef und Reef haben wir bei Ankunft gegessen. Die Paella für 490 Dirham war total übersalzen und schmeckte nur nach Raucharoma, für den Preis hätte ich mir natürliche Inhaltsstoffe gewünscht. Manchmal war uns der Service etwas zu viel. Ich kann mir selbst den Stuhl vom Tisch wegrücken, wenn ich mich an den Tisch setzten möchte und sich Meinem Sonnenschirm verrücken, damit ich im schatten liege. Aber gut, andere mögen es wohl so gerne. Die Musik im japanischen Restaurant fanden wir sehr laut
