Excellent location, great food, room for improvement in service
Pros:

Nice Location, very good food in all Restaurants, good service at the Beach with high Quality Interieur and furniture everywhere

Cons:

Staff outside of Restaurants is actually below standards, limited English, and not very service minded. Example: wanted to book the padel court. Concierge said he could not reach them, we should probably go there ourselves and similar experiences, like staff being completely overwhelmed when it rained as there was not enough space prepared inside for breakfast. Room for improvement.

Pros:

Das Zimmer war so picobello sauber und roch sehr gut. Alle sanitären Anlagen funktionierten einwandfrei, so wie wir es in Deutschland kennen und sonst nirgendwo während unseres Marokko Urlaubs erlebt haben. Die Lüftung / AC lief sehr sehr leise und wir bekamen nichts von den andern Gästen mit. Das Bett war ein Traum, wir haben so wunderbar geschlafen. Anlage top gepflegt, sehr schöne Poolanlagen. Das Personal super freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Und das Frühstück, Halleluja war das super. Das japanische Restaurant war sehr lecker

Cons:

Der Preis von 400€ die Nacht war schon sehr hoch, deswegen konnten wir nur zwei Nächte bleiben. Auch das Essen in den Restaurants war sehr teuer. Im Beef und Reef haben wir bei Ankunft gegessen. Die Paella für 490 Dirham war total übersalzen und schmeckte nur nach Raucharoma, für den Preis hätte ich mir natürliche Inhaltsstoffe gewünscht. Manchmal war uns der Service etwas zu viel. Ich kann mir selbst den Stuhl vom Tisch wegrücken, wenn ich mich an den Tisch setzten möchte und sich Meinem Sonnenschirm verrücken, damit ich im schatten liege. Aber gut, andere mögen es wohl so gerne. Die Musik im japanischen Restaurant fanden wir sehr laut

Pros:

Le personnel exceptionnel. La gentillesse, la douceur, le professionnalisme, le soin porté à toute chose.
J’ai même eu droit à un cup cake d’anniversaire.
Et quand je parle du personnel, ça va des femmes de ménage aux gate keepers. Tout le monde a été merveilleux.
