Great 5 star hotel just by the beach with lovely staff and delicious food

Tout bon jusqu'à la fin du séjour et comportement très peu commercial (voir ci-dessus)

Tout se passait très bien jusqu'à ce qu'on ait buté sur ce qu'on n'a pas apprecié vers la fin du séjour!

Cons:

Suite à un incident dans la chambre où mon petit bébé à jeté un projectile qui a endommagé la télévision. Je me suis présenté aux équipes de la réception pour les informer de l'incident tout en reconnaissant ma responsabilité.
Se cachant derrière le fameux "consigne de la Direction", on m'a facturé le poste télévision à 800 euros soit le prix d'un équipement neuf, jamais ni utilisé ni partiellement amorti, ni étant largement couvert par la marge nette de ce que l'Hôtel a chiffré avec moi; ni non plus arrangé par un quelconque geste commercial qui ne ferait que me rendre fidèle à l'établissement lors de mes vacances annuelles que je passe chaque année à Taghazout Bay, étant originiaire de la région . Je me suis résolu à payer sans insister sur cette remarque.
Ce fût la fin qui m'a laissé une impression négative sur l'établissement et sa manière de considérer ses clients (comme étant bêtes et juste bon à payer tout ce qu'on leur demande) . Et qui fera que je ne reviendrai pas!
PS: j'ai dépensé 5000 euros pendant ce séjour de 6 nuits.

Nous étions venu dans l'établissement il y a 2 ans et le petit-déjeuner a baissé en qualité. sinon tout était parfait, surtout le personnel de l'hôtel et du restaurant Beef & Reef. Bravo !!!

nous aurions apprécié dés notre arrivée être informé que le hammam était en travaux ! dommage surtout en janvier....

La gestion de cet hôtel est totalement à revoir.
Tout est toujours complet, alors qu’en réalité ça ne l’est pas ! Aucune priorité pour les gens de l’hôtel !
Le soir du nouvel an ils imposent un menu dans tous les restaurants, sans s’assurer que les clients de l’hôtel auront une table ! Un braquage.
Par ailleurs ma fille de 5 mois est tombé malade la premier nuit (40 de fièvre) j’ai demandé d’aller dans un hôpital, ils ont appelé une ambulance et m’ont envoyé dans le mauvais hôpital, sûrement parce qu’ils ont des accords commerciaux avec celui ci !
C’était une expérience horrible j’ai du attendre 6 heures pour voir un médecin !
Aucune excuse de leur part ou aucun geste commercial.
Très déçu de ce séjour.
