Hôtel agréable, mais qui pourrait faire quelques efforts supplémentaires au regard du prix.
Pros:

L’espace extérieur de l’hôtel, avec sa piscine et son jardin, est très agréable. La décoration de la chambre est soignée et la douche particulièrement spacieuse. L’hôtel ne compte que six chambres, ce qui permet de profiter d’un cadre calme et intimiste.

Cons:

À notre arrivée, nous avons reçu très peu d’explications, car la personne qui nous a accueillis ne parlait ni turc, ni anglais, ni français. Grâce à une application de traduction, nous avons pu remplir le questionnaire d’arrivée, mais aucune information ne nous a été communiquée concernant les horaires du petit-déjeuner et de la piscine, le code Wi-Fi ou encore les moyens de rejoindre le centre-ville et les plages à proximité. Nous avons heureusement rencontré par la suite un autre réceptionniste qui a pu nous renseigner.

Nous avions également réservé une chambre double supérieure, annoncée avec une superficie de 33 m². Cette information nous a toutefois semblé surestimée, car nous avions très peu de place et ne pouvions même pas ouvrir notre valise au sol. Nous avons plutôt estimé la superficie de la chambre à environ 20 m².

Enfin, le petit-déjeuner, servi sur la table située devant la chambre, pourrait être amélioré. Un buffet plus varié permettrait de mieux répondre aux goûts et aux attentes de chacun, tout en limitant le gaspillage grâce à des quantités adaptées à l’appétit de chaque personne.

Pros:

Un super hôtel, très propre, très bien équipé et situé, super petits déjeuners. Personnel au petits soins, toujours prêts à aider, un grand merci a Tulay, sabirah et notre ami Emmanuel: on.a été très bien accueillis.
C'est un très bel hôtel décoré avec goût.

Pros:

Akşamları görev yapan Emmanuel'e teşekkürler. Çok kibar ve yardımseverdi. Bunun dışında otelin konumu çok güzel alaçatı gürültüsünden uzak ve çarşıya yürüme mesafesinde.Otelin peyzajı gayet güzeldi. Odaların temizliği çok iyiydi. Otelin bulunduğu konum sakin olduğu için otoparkta da herhangi bir sorun yaşamadım.

Cons:

Oda fotoğraflardakinden çok daha küçük. Fotoğraflarda oda daha büyük görünüyordu.

Kahvaltıda sıcak çeşidi yok sadece omlet veya haşlanmış yumurta gibi yumurta çeşitleri var ama bunun haricinde çeşitlilik olsa çok daha iyi olurdu. Örneğin patates kızartması veya ufak bir pişi tabağı sunulabilirdi. Ayrıca tesisin kahvaltı fotoğraflarında kavun/karpuz gibi meyve tabağı görünüyordu ancak konaklama boyunca böyle bir şey sunulmadı.

Otelde bahçe katında kalıyorduk ve ilk iki gün bahçe düzenlemesi yapıldı yere toprak atılması ve sonra çim serilmesi gibi işlemler yapıldı. Temmuz ayında bu işlemlerin yapılması beni şaşırttı zira sezon açılmadan bu işlemlerin çoktan bitmiş olması gerekirdi.

Oda her gün temizleniyordu bu çok güzeldi ancak bazen saç havlusu eksik bırakıldığı oldu. duş için şampuan ve duş jeli konaklamanın 3. Günü yerine kondu. Bunları zaten yanımızda getirdiğimiz için eksiklik hissetmedik ve otele söylemedik ancak biz odaya yerleşmeden bunların yerleştirilmesi gerekiyordu. Bunun haricinde odadan çıkmadan 1 gün önce oda temizlenmedi, normalde her gün temizlenirken zaten ertesi gün çıkacağımız için temizlenmedi sanırım.

Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, dennoch ruhig und entspannt. Frühstück war super. Personal war super freundlich und sehr bemüht. Danke an Tülay hanım ve Sebire hanım.

Beautiful charming place, with great staff and close to everything in Alaçatı

Our stay at this hotel was outstanding, with all expectations met. The room was beautifully appointed, breakfast was delicious each morning, and the desserts and tea served in the afternoon were delightful. The pool area was lovely, and parking was convenient. The hotel's location, about 8 minites walk to downtown (çarşı), was ideal. The service provided by Bedirhan and Emanuel, two exceptional young staff members, was outstanding. Their daily smiles created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We also appreciated the opportunity to meet the chef and the hotel's owners, who were so nice and welcomingad well. We highly recommend this hotel and would be pleased to return. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Superbe week-end
Pros:

Chambre confortable, propre, moderne avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Belle vue sur la piscine. Personnel très gentil et serviable. Emplacement idéal, à 5 min à pieds du centre. Les axes routiers principaux juste à côté, vous ne vous retrouvez pas dans les embouteillages de la ville.
