Poca información y falta de limpieza.
Pros:

La terraza del apartamento y las vistas.

Cons:

El personal, muy poca información. Llegas y no te informan adecuadamente, muy frío. Al salir te piden todos los extras, estancia del perro, parquing cuando ni siquiera te han informado que se paga a parte...
Además los apartamentos no están limpios, habían arañas en el lavabo, no hay ni una fregona para darle al suelo si entras con los pies mojados de la nieve. Tampoco hay escoba, hay un cepillo de terraza.

No nos informaron de la contraseña wifi, no nos informarpn como iba el sofá-cama ni el funcionamiento de los radiadores. En el jacuzzi había mucha gente. Gimnasio simbólico. Ceniceros en la entrada sin vaciar. Horario de recepción insuficiente. Instalaciones un tanto dejadas. Poco cuidado en gral.

Bien para esquiar no oara relax
Pros:

La localización, perfecta si quieres esquiar como era nuestro caso en Font Romeu.

Cons:

El sofa cama era incomodísimo. La zona de piscina esta muy bien pero parecía un chiquipatk de tanto niño dando saltos. No es un lugar para relajarse.

Para NO volver!
Pros:

La ubicación es lo mejor. La habitación está muy bien equipada con todo lo básico para pasar el fin de semana y ahorrar algo calentando alguna comida, cocinar ya es más complicado. Aceptan mascotas.

Cons:

El "hotel". Está viejo y con poco mantenimiento. El principal atractivo que era la piscina estaba fría, funciona el hidromasaje. El sauna tampoco funciona. 1 de cada 3 focos están quemados, en áreas comunes y en la habitación, las planchas del cielo falso están manchadas deformadas o a punto de caer en los pasillos.
Una vez confirmada la reserva (no reembolsable) te informan que NO incluyen sábanas, toallas o la limpieza de la habitación, todo eso tiene suplemento. También son Pet Friendly con pago de 10€ por noche.

A refaire sans modération
Pros:

Sauna génial - personnel adorable, discret et attentionné. Vraiment parfait !
Et le petit déjeuner était vraiment de qualité et copieux

Cons:

eau de la piscine un peu froide (mais ça ne m'a pas empêchée de me baigner) et l'eau du jacuzzi devenait verte (c'est le seul bémol)

On l’apprécie avant mais comme une impression de laisser à l’abandon.

Cons:

Le manque d’entretien et rénovation des équipements ( plaque de cuisson cassé, chauffage qui fonctionne une fois sur deux, pied du lit tordu, sol très très abîmé) voir structure complète, manque d’accompagnement pour les renseignements Acceuil fermé h24, piscine inaccessible car soit disant en panne mais ouverte.
