I like everything about the hotel and where it is in town
We were in room 104 for 2 nights .
The door at reception kept banging and kept wakening us up .
I come quite regularly there and had no issues .
I think we are owed a free night stay to make up for it
Location.Indian next door. Cheap and cheerful.
Towels rough as sandpaper. No shower gel. Dodgy shower which we eventually got going. Red hot day no fan only 2 windows to open.
Lovely staff nice restaurant
The fact that we paid for club room for larger bed but it was two single mattresses joined together which was uncomfortable for us

Location and cleanliness
No bar . Also the breakfast finishes at 10am. I went down 4 minutes after 10am and they refuse to even give me a cup of coffee and toast saying the kitchen was closed
The staff were fantastic. From arrival and throughout the stay everyone was friendly and super attentive. The location was ideal, minutes walk away from everything and 10-15 min walk to Sunnyside train station. Rooms were nice and having a fan in the room was appreciated.

The bedroom was adequate. The location was ok. The car park is at the back of the Asda supermarket and didn’t feel very safe.
The location wasn’t great. The hotel was not great. Our room wasn’t exceptionally clean and the refreshment station had empty packets left from previous guests.
Everything was as expected.

Lovely receptionist, nice room. Mattress was okay, not the best but was good for a last minute stay. Would come back again
Comfortable beds, clean hotel and welcoming staff
We were unable to eat at the restaurant due it being busy, we arrived around 5pm and was told there would be a 3 hour wait for a table. This was the only negative about the stay. I would recommend booking a table in advance, as there are not many restaurant options available within walking distance.
The hotel looks nice!
Unfortunately, the lift was under maintenance during my stay, which caused some inconvenience for my mum, as she finds it difficult to walk up and down the stairs. (She has some leg problems)
