Disappointing
Pros:

Shower was brilliant. If I was ever to come back it would solely be for the shower.

Cons:

Bed sheets were not changed and I found crumbs and pizza grease in my bed. My cousin has stained sheets and signs of mold on her sheets. Crumbs on the floor. Mould sealant in the bathroom and Saturday night the noise outside from the bar next door was wild.

The staff were very helpful, pleasant and welcoming. For a weekend break I would recommend the hotel

If it wasn’t for great staff I would simply say AVOID
Pros:

Staff were amazing, reception and restaurant staff, couldn’t be faulted, friendly, polite, warm and chatty.
Food was fab for breakfast, again staff could not be faulted, lovely coffee and OJ.

Cons:

Room was a bit tired and in much need of a proper clean, the edges of carpet had a build up of dust, as did the coffee machine where you put pods on completely off putting.
The shower was worst of all to the extent where I didn’t even have a shower, the corners of shower cubicle where covered in bacterial mould growth, it was disgusting as was the rim where tiles meet shower tray again mould build up.

Pleasant restaurant but the approach was very disappointing just not what we expected not acceptab
Pros:

Didn't have breakfast. The photo of hotel on line wasn't what we expected. Just a small back door in scruffy courtyard found to be hotel entrance. Thought we came to wrong place most upsetting and disappointing. We thought we had booked something upmarket
We had evening meal that was very good. Great surroundings.
Such a shame felt totally misrepresented. Spoilt the overall enjoyment of our stay.
Where were the lovely trees and such an upmarket approach to the hotel. Carpark was not as expected when we finally found in a busy area. We were expecting a stay in somewhere special.
Very miss represented. I hope you send us some feedback.

We had a family event near the hotel and the location was perfect. The hotel was quiet and we got a good sleep. Staff we

Was well equipped and comfy.

Cons:

Breakfast ended early due to Christmas breakfast with Santa so missed out on the food. I’ve been to Mondos restaurant many times and was looking forward to trying the breakfast but after a late night the allotted time didn’t work for us.
