Un très bon hotel pour arriver a Siem Reap. Airport pick ++
Pros:

Chambre impecable deja climatisée a mon arrivée. Salle de bain parfaite et un très joli balcon pour se détendre. Le Lit etait très bien. Le pick up à l'aeroport etait excellent direct dès mon arrivée il etait la et s'est occupé de mon arrivée parfaitement, je n'ai pas vu les 40min passer.

Déçue : hôtel correct mais pas exceptionnel

L’emplacement, idéal pour voir la ville et partir en visite des temples ou autres sites
Les conseils de Vireak pour une sortie vélo
La piscine

Cons:

Une seule serviette, usée, voire trouée, par personne
Les serviettes au bord de la piscine sont beaucoup trop petites et usées.
L’espace petit déjeuner est présenté comme un buffet, mais il n’y a que du pain et simili viennoiseries, pas de fruits, un énorme pot de confiture à moitié vide avec une minuscule cuillère…
Il faut faire un choix parmi les menus «breakfast », et demander par exemple des œufs à la place des saucisses relève du défi ! L’assiette de fruits est correcte, sans plus. Le tout manque de générosité
Tout semble être à l’économie (par exemple, pour ceux qui voudraient regarder la télé, c’est interdit ! Avec une affiche sur l’écran annonçant qu’il faut profiter de la ville !)
Sofas sur la terrasse ok, mais seuls quelques uns ont des coussins/matelas
Les règles affichées quant au respect des horaires de piscine et du silence ne sont pas suivies. Le personnel n’intervient pas en cas de non respect (enfants qui crient dans la piscine à 6h30 du matin)
La porte d’entrée de l’hôtel, vitrée, non nettoyée…pas classe

Cons:

Les hôtes d’accueil dorment derrière leur bureau, il est parfois nécessaire de les réveiller pour poser une question.
Ils accueillent des clients avec des prostituées mineurs, c’est inacceptable. Surtout que quand on leur demande leur avis et qu’on le signale, ils disent que ce n’est pas le cas et qu’elle est une amie des clients. Et vu l’attitude de la jeune fille qui n’était pas majeure, elle avait l’air apeurée que zen vis-à-vis de ces deux garçons !!!!

Hôtel avec un rapport qualité prix imbattable,chambre parfaite,piscine au top,à 5 minutes à pied de l’hypermarché centre de siem reap. Merci à Nalen,Kaming et à Vireak pour leur super accueil.

Perfect
Pros:

Choosing this hotel was one of the best decisions for our vacation in Siem Reap. Each team member was friendly and professional, creating a pleasant atmosphere from the start. The rooms were clean, quiet, and perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The location in the city center made travel easy, and we really appreciated the excellent hospitality.

Todo en nuestra estancia fue positivo: el personal fue amable y acogedor, la comida estaba sabrosa y las habitaciones estaban limpias y eran espaciosas. El ambiente tranquilo de la zona de la piscina y el jardín facilitaba la relajación. Una excelente opción para una estancia tranquila en Siem Reap.
