Exceptional and truly amazing staff. They help you with whatever you ask them to. From arranging airport taxi, laundry, tuktuks, trips etc. They were so nice and kind, which added to overal stay impression. The rooms are bit worn out, climate had not very attractive smell, but we got use to it. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Pool was refreshing after hot days at Angkor temples. Breakfast bit poor, but still better start than nothing. The staff here is the true heart of this hotel. I'm deducting points for the slightly worn out equipment and the modest breakfast.

Ein toller Ort zum Entspannen nach der Tempelbesichtigung und der Stadtrundfahrt. Der Pool ist schön und hat eine angrenzende Bar.
Indra angkor residence is a great place to relax, it is only 15 minutes walked to pub street. great choice for someone who wants to visit Siem Reap.
Die Angestellten sind unglaublich freundlich und geben wertvolle Tipps zur Umgebung. Das Restaurant ist fantastisch, und der Pool trägt zum besonderen Charme bei.
One member of the staff really tried their best, looked like he was really trying to overcome all the problems but couldn’t do it on his own cause there were too many
The pool was nice
We were at the side building and the room Wasn’t very clean, the room didn’t really matched the photos and looked a lot less beautiful than the rooms next to the pool
The beds on the room description were one double bed and one extra large double bed when it was really one and a half bed and one double bed
For a family of 5 it sure didn’t feet
Less 1 km away from town centre with night markets, restaurants etc .. what I like about this hotel is staff are very polite and helpful, excellent service. I would highly recommend it .

Hotel calme à condition d’avoir une chambre en étage et sur jardin ou sur l’arrière. A l’écart de l’agitation de l’hyper centre dans un quartier populaire. A 10 mn du centre certes par des rues pas toujours très agréables. La piscine est un plus. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et bon, partie buffet, partie à la carte. Personnel souriant et dévoué malgré l’absence de tout manager.
Désagréable moment lors du Check in lorsqu’on nous propose une chambre en RdC sur rue totalement différente de suite que nous avions réservée , et prétextant que l’hôtel était complet. Il a fallut être ferme.et le personnel a su trouver une solution.
L’ensemble a dû être un très bel établissement mais il a beaucoup vieilli et nécessite un vrai rafraîchissement (à commencer par les draps de bain complètement usés)
