Cons:

When the worker at the reception shook their head, rolled eyes at me and mumbled to themselves “doesn’t speak french” which didn’t make me feel welcome. I arrived to my room and turned out it hadn’t been cleaned. The bed was just made to look like it. I went to tell this at the reception and after then the attitude towards me changed and they were helpful and apologizing. At the end I got my room cleaned and everything worked out.
