Зимой здесь очень шумно из за волн.
Cons:

Нам отказали в заселении. Нашли другого арендодателя. После бронирования нужно сразу звонить по телефону и справляться о наличии мест. Это не гостиница а апарт отель где хозяева квартир сдают свои апартаменты через booking.

Im Dezember 2025 haben wir das Appartement Almog Tower über Booking.com gebucht. Zwei Tage vor der Ankunft, nach der Buchung, haben wir eine kurze Willkommensnachricht von der Unterkunft erhalten, danach jedoch nichts mehr.

Als wir vor Ort ankamen, habe ich den Verantwortlichen kontaktiert. Ein junger Mann nahm den Anruf entgegen und sagte mir, dass der Verantwortliche momentan beschäftigt sei und ich in zehn Minuten noch einmal anrufen solle. Nach zehn Minuten habe ich erneut angerufen und auch Nachrichten geschickt. Das habe ich über eine ganze Stunde hinweg versucht, konnte jedoch niemanden mehr erreichen.

Daraufhin habe ich Booking.com kontaktiert. Nach etwa fünf Minuten meldete sich Booking.com zurück. Sie hatten den Verantwortlichen erreicht (diese Person hat meine Anrufe nicht angenommen, aber die von Booking.com schon). Er teilte mit, dass er mir das Appartement nicht vermieten könne und ich mir eine andere Unterkunft suchen solle. Wir waren bereits mit unserem Gepäck vor Ort und mussten sofort eine Alternative finden. Zum Glück ist uns das gelungen.

Leider war das noch nicht das Ende der Geschichte. Nach ein paar Tagen habe ich eine Belastung meiner Kreditkarte festgestellt, die von einer mir unbekannten Unterkunft namens „Apartment on the Bea“ in Haifa vorgenommen wurde. Der Betrag entspricht genau der Summe, die ich für das Almog Tower hätte zahlen sollen. Weitere Details zu dieser Zahlung habe ich bis heute nicht erhalten. Eine Rückerstattung habe ich trotz Reklamation bei meiner Bank ebenfalls noch nicht bekommen.

Diese Unterkunft ist betrügerisch und sollte auf jeden Fall vermieden werden. Wie die Unterkunft an meine Kreditkartendaten gekommen ist, ist weiterhin Gegenstand meiner eigenen Nachforschungen. Während der gesamten Reise habe ich diese Kreditkarte ausschließlich für Hotelbuchungen über Booking.com verwendet.
