I liked how close the hotel was close to facility I had to be at.

After requesting room service no one came to clean.

Cons:

There was no way to turn off the over head light directly over the bed… when it rains half the rig in the room is soaked for leaking windows, the room was not clean and smells of mildew and mold… there is black mold growing on the cowling tiles and no staff to be found after 4pm and they are rude

Location to hospotal.

Cons:

No one at check in, had to call. Deadbolt on door didn't work, was told by staff that none of them did. 62 degrees in room, could not adjust. TV did not work and staff couldn't get it to work. Room smelled like urine. Not enough light to apply makeup. Have stayed there at least ten times while my husband was is hospital. The previous staff was wonderful. I truly believe this was a staffing issue.
