泊まってよかった
Pros:

ロケーションは最高！花火も最高！露天風呂も、静かで良かった。
食事が美味しいと聞いていたが、私の都合でたべれずに残念でした。
チェックアウトも11時までだったので、朝ゆっくり温泉に入れました。

Pros:

1歳に満たない子を連れて宿泊しました。困っていた時に融通してくださった部分があり、とても助かりました。お部屋も広くてご飯も美味しくて楽しく過ごせました。

温泉があるとは知らず気持ちよかった
それに浴衣も貸し出しでえらべてよかった

チェックインがヤバい

部屋がまぁ清潔だった。

ここのチェックインの受付がヤバすぎる。
宿泊名簿？読み上げて、順番にチェックインするってあり得ない！初めててビックリ！
１５時チェックインだけど、1時間30分くらい前に到着。15時からチェックインして速攻プールって計画してたのに、予約順なのか、名前呼ばれるまで30分以上経過、結局プールは1時間くらい。
私もテンションガタ落ちで、その後のスタッフの良さも何のメリットにもならない。
もうあのチェックインが変わらない限り行く気にはなれません。
しかも、レストランがあっても夜休みで、結局カニいらないのにバイキングにする他ない、、
下りても近場に飲食店が少ないので外に出る気にならず、、17時30分〜のバイキングにする他なく、、
１週間前に急遽予定をたてたので、泊まれるだけ有り難いのですが、今の時代にあのチェックインは、、
名字だけですが、個人の名前呼んでいくなんてあり得ない。

総合的には良かった。
Pros:

ロケーションがとても良かった。
受付の方がとても親切だった。

トイレが匂いがきつかった。
連泊したので、朝食バイキングが毎日変わらぬメニューで少し残念だった。

A very tired old hotel. Once would have been good but appears to be failing financially other than as a tourist bus stop

No dinner available anywhere near. A 20 minute drive to find a meal. All hotel restaurants not available to us.

Disappointing
Pros:

Room space is good! Especially with childrens

Cons:

I expected 2 beds and 4 futon because that is what is shown when I booked. But there is no futon covers… shower room is not so clean because wherever I looked there is mold,dirt especially the bathroom curtain. Even though I took a shower I don’t felt cleaned. Room design is a little bit scaring like in the movie….
