They can do a better job.
Cons:

Location is next to highway , all day I stayed with my wife who was not felling well and there was constant drilling noise coming. Hotel had no conditioner for bath . Even shampoo and soap was empty when I checked in.

Great hotel, not the best experience
Pros:

Exceptional facilities and demeanour from staff.

Cons:

I booked the hotel as to spend time to recover from eye surgery. A wedding reception was taking place at the hotel. Loud drums and music than caused furniture to vibrate in our room - lasted well past midnight. This was such a shame as it really impacted my initial views of the hotel.
Surely there should be a time cap on these events, I understand it was a wedding, but there are also guests to think of.
