Cons:

Это старый отель, убитый. Он не соответствует картинкам, там картинки скоре всего с открытия а отелю лет 5 минимум. Отзовы все потдельные, 10 ставели кто жил 1 день.

Very good overall.
Pros:

Location is great, close to many things, its quiet, and the facilities generally are great: I saw some low ratings for faxcilities and I dont understand why. The pool is small but very cute, lap-friendly and always very clean and usually not busy. There is a large shared kitchen that can be used for cooking also.

Cons:

The standard rooms are very small. I am a bit concerned that guests seem to usually leave their room keys (cards) at reception but often there is no staff sitting at reception. So it seems possible that some outside person could walk in, take a card and go to someones room.

It was my worst hotel experience as a Pilot.
Pros:

The room that at This photo is not available and I was deceived.

Cons:

The rooms were Noisy and the water droplets made me annoying during night because of ceiling damaged in the bathroom. They didnt give me another same standart room Because of ceiling damage in the bathroom. When I couldnt sleep due water droplet noises, I moved to another after midnight and they ask me extra charge. Although I accepted to pay extra, The room was so noisy, there was no sound insulation in the rooms. They sold my room to another customer and didnt refund the rest 5 nights payment.

Decent location

Cons:

Rooms are not advertised fairly, they are much smaller than what appears in the photo. Amenities are below basic and it's a very very budget stay if you dont mind. There's barely space in the room to walk around and staff is not always attentive to your needs.
