A bit noisy from seating area below our window but the twin room was lovely
Pros:

Very good

Cons:

A walk in shower would have been preferable instead of in the bath

Aangenaam, schoon en netjes
Pros:

Gezellige en schone kamer, lekker ontbijt en leuke locatie. Kelso ligt in een mooie omgeving en er zijn genoeg mogelijkheden om te dineren.

Cons:

Weinig personeel gezien, het meisje in de ontbijtzaal moest heel veel doen in haar eentje.

A very historic building in the centre of this lovely town. Highly recommended.
Pros:

Very friendly and efficient staff.
Chose to eat-in & had excellent evening meal.
First class breakfast.
Easy parking.

Cons:

Fortunately we stopped with light overnight baggage, as our room was on top floor with significant number of stairs.

Good central location, decent room with plenty of food options.
Pros:

Room and food were all very good, friendly welcome on arrival and great location with Abbey next door and in the heart of the town.

Cons:

Couple of the downstairs doors banged and could do with being dampened. It's fine once the pub has closed for the evening.

Perfect for a short stay in centre of Kelso, good value for money and clean comfortable surroundings
Pros:

I was unable to have full cooked breakfast as I needed to leave hotel early for an appointment, they still provided a good continental breakfast. Comfortable room and clean modern bathroom with views over high street

Cons:

It did not bother me, but room was up very steep stairs, which may affect others. Friendly helpful staff offered to help with luggage.
