Lugar tranquilo
Pros:

Me encanto el lugar ( alejado del ruido) la decoracion hermosa, la atencion de Cristian Duque perfecta

Cons:

No me gusto el balcon, tenia una sola silla, por lo tanto no se pudo disfrutar de a dos, solo uno a la vez, y el desayuno lo sirven muy tarde ( 8 am) y nunca estaba todo listo a esa hora

grato descanso y paisajes preciosos, mucha tranquilidad.
Pros:

excelente la calidez y preocupación del personal, gran amabilidad y cercana con los huéspedes. Preocupacion por los detalles, para que uno se sienta comodo.

Cons:

Sugiero, que tengan un hervidor y tacitas, para te o café en las habitaciones , el clima frio invita a algo caliente después de llegar de los paseos-.

Baño asqueroso, limpieza horrible, mal trato de parte del gerente casi nos arruina vacaciones

El hotel es bonito, pero el baño estaba asqueroso, hicimos el reclamo y la respuesta del gerente del hotel fue "si no te gusta te vas" literal, eran las 21:30 de la noche, finalmente nos cambiaron la habitación, pero claramente con el estado en que estaba el baño no quisimos utilizar ya las instalaciones, realmente fue un asco

Hotel meraviglioso immerso nel verde, in un parco meraviglioso vista oceano. Staff cordiale e gentile. Camera grandissima e con tutti i comfort, bagno spazioso e pulitissimo. Un balcone ampio con una vista meravigliosa. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo
