Hotel lindo, mas falta um pouco de atenção e carinho com os hóspedes.
Pros:

O Hotel de fato e muito lindo!
Tem dois cachorrões maravilhosos!
O quarto é bem equipado e muito bem aquecido.
Comida boa.
Equipe da limpeza sensacional.

Cons:

A recepção é salva pelo funcionário Germano e a mulher que fazia o turno com ele, as demais do turno da manhã não interagem muito nem fazem nenhum esforço para serem simpáticas.
Chegamos e o hotel não aparentava estar muito cheio, mas estava frio e sentimos falta de uma lareira acessa e amenidades de boas vindas, como uma taça de vinho por exemplo.
A cozinha tem o chefe e uma ajudante que se esforçam demais para dar conta dor do recado mas claramente são poucos.
enfim... a diária não é barata pelo que o hotel oferece.ui

Sensacional e voltaria com certeza!
Pros:

Adoramos a experiencia! O hotel é sensacional, ambiente, detalhes, localização e atenção dos funcionários. O café da manhã e o restaurante são muito bons também! E muito legal os mascotes do hotel, dois cachorros muito lindos e amáveis.

Cons:

Apenas um pequeno detalhe, o frigobar do quarto estava com muito barulho, tive que desligar duraante a noite. No mais tudo muito bom!

Hotel eh super charmoso

Cons:

Me pareceram com pouxos funcionarios, entao as vezes o servico (cafe da manha e etc) demorava um pouxo, mas de todo modo os funcionarios foram super atenciosos.

Gorgeous property, friendly staff, adorable dogs, relaxing spa.
Pros:

Amazing! The property was gorgeous and well kept. The staff were great, very friendly. And they have two adorable dogs that roam the grounds. I loved it here and would come back. Also loved that I could schedule a massage in the evenings to help me unwind.

Great stay in a wine barrel
Pros:

Villa Mansa offers the unique opportunity to spend a night in a real wine barrel. It is spacious, luxurious, but cozy in the same time. The bed is quite big and comfortable and there's a bath tub with jacuzzi + a separated shower. The room is surrounded with wine yards and flowers and was really peaceful and beautiful.
There's a possibility for wine tasting in the hotel itself, which we enjoyed a lot, as well as in the wine yards around. The food in the restaurant was delicious. Another positive thing is that they arranged for us to receive our breakfast as a package since we had to leave the hotel quite early.

Excelente opção em Mendoza.
Pros:

Equipe muito eficiente e atenciosa, com destaque para o Germán, que buscou atender a todas as nossas necessidades e deu ótimas dicas da cidade. Nos hospedamos para a Maratona de Mendoza, e a própria equipe tomou a iniciativa de preparar de véspera um café-da-manhã, entregue no quarto, porque a largada era muito cedo. Para essa finalidade, a localização foi perfeita, muito perto da largada. Mas, para quem pretende conhecer as atrações de Mendoza, precisa de carro. Limpeza, calefação, serviços, tudo funcionando muito bem.
