Wonderful hotel for a relaxing break
Pros:

We loved our stay, the facilities are amazing and match the pictures - it is very clean and modern. The people who work at the hotel are so friendly and helpful - their recommendations were brilliant. The rooms are huge and the beds very comfortable. There is also a gym and a games room. We rented bikes from a company nearby who dropped them at the hotel and picked them back up from there too.

Cons:

The location is quite remote - but there are still several wineries within a short distance and Uber made it easy to get around.

Staff was super friendly, great location, so close to many wineries, good food, GREAT spa treatment!

Cons:

Some shade in the pool areas would be nice, maybe some umbrellas, that way I could stay by the pool longer.

Great resort but villa was a letdown
Pros:

The resort is very nice and the staff are friendly.

Cons:

We rented the villa. It was nice until the bedroom air conditioners lost power the first night. The hotel fixed the power issue the next day but did not offer any compensation for the very hot, uncomfortable sleep. There were also some areas that needed to be cleaned and the living room smelled like septic gas one day. The fridge had some cookies and drinks, which apparently were part of the mini bar, even though there was no signage.

Pros:

La zona, muy tranquila. El parque muy lindo.

Cons:

No tenía espejos, no reponian cápsulas de café a diario (solo una lanprimera noche), cobraron muy caras las botellas de agua del frogobar (afuera te las dan gratis, al igual que el cafe). No tenia pava electrica.
