Pros:

Cabin was easy to find, staff was very communicative, accommodating, helpful and friendly, The immediate property was filled with beautiful foliage, we had everything we needed and were very comfortable.

A nice cabin and a beautiful place
Pros:

We had a lovely cabin in a beautiful set-up. The cabin had all we needed plus the outside kitchen was well equipped and had facilities for barbecue as well. Small cute swimming pool.is nicely lit in the evening. Delicious breakfast!

Cons:

The staff speaks only Spanish. I managed with my spoken Spanish but if you don't speak any, that may be a problem.

Chouette hébergement à la Fortuna
Pros:

L'emplacement est top et il y a une superbe vue sur le volcan lorsque le temps est dégagé.
Le personnel est très aimable et serviable.
Il y a une jolie piscine avec quelques transats, chaises...
Il y avait une cafetière avec du café à disposition dans le bungalow et un frigo.
Kitchenette sommaire mais juste à côté il y a le restaurant de la propriété

Cons:

J'ai tout apprécié mais je pensais que la kitchenette serait mieux équipée : il n'y avait que des assiettes, couverts, verres et mug. La cuisine commune avait un micro onde et un barbecue, mais pas de plaque de cuisson. Ça limite les possibilités de repas.
Je trouve également que les emplacements pour garer les voitures étaient très étroits cela nécessitait plusieurs manœuvres.

Globalement bien mais manque cruel d’insonorisation
Pros:

La femme à la réception était adorable et s’est assurée du bon déroulé de notre séjour tout le long, le lieu est très sympa, avec un bon emplacement (5min en voiture du centre). Piscine extérieure et intérieure, petit déjeuner très bon (attention n’est pas inclus, 8$ par personne), clim dans la chambre

Cons:

Le point sensible de cet hôtel qui ne fait pas la note maximale est le manque cruel d’insonorisation. Vous ne pourrez dormir qu’entre 22h et 6h, après vous aurez droit à la musique du restaurant, aux gens de l’hôtel qui parlent forts, aux travaux, au portail qui fait un boucan. Et c’est encore pire quand vous êtes dans les cabanes 1 et 2 (juste en face de la réception, à côté du portail et à l’entrée donc pile dans le passage des gens et des voitures). À choisir privilégiez les cabanes dans le fond

Ruhige Unterkunft
Pros:

Um die Häuschen herum ist es gepflegt und die Kolibris vor der Tür haben uns erfreut.
Die Häuschen sind zweckmässig eingerichtet.
Die Anlage ist abgelegen, dafür ruhig, zu den grösseren Supermercados und Restaurants sind es ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuss. Da es auf dem Areal ein Restaurant hat, hat uns die Abgelegenheit nichts ausgemacht. Man isst gut und wir finden auch preisgünstig. Mit dem Uber ist man auch rasch an jedem Ort. Wir würden wieder hier buchen.

Cons:

Um die Anlage sind mehrere Baustellen und die Arbeiter beginnen, wie überall in CR, sehr früh. Der Baulärm hat uns aber nicht gestört.

Établissement avec du charme et intimiste

Nous aimons les petits établissements chaleureux, intimistes avec du charme .celui ci a répondu à nos attentes. accueil très sympathique..nous souhaitons ne pas être dans l agitation de la ville.,donc en retrait et jolie vue sur le volcan.
