Vue volcan
Pros:

Hôtel très sympa avec piscine et bains chauds couverts. Tous les bungalows ont vue sur le volcan.

Cons:

Manque un peu d'équipements à la cuisine partagée (plaque de cuisson, micro-ondes, etc.)

Teleurstellend
Pros:

Heel fijn ontvangst, leuke dame van de receptie en erg vriendelijk. De kamer was erg ruim en het had een fijne badkamer. Uitzicht op de vulkaan is fantastisch.

Cons:

De foto's op booking lijken niets op de werkelijkheid. Het is allemaal een beetje in elkaar geflanst, gekke kunstgras matten die van elkaar afwijken en niet vastzitten en het huisje naast ons werd verbouwd waardoor het geheel op een bouwval leek. Het buitenzwembad is erg koud en klein en het zwembad in de grot ziet er op de foto's luxer uit dan het daadwerkelijk is. Het personeel van het restaurant was niet vriendelijk en de locatie was afgelegen, de auto is nodig. Ons terras had 2 lullige stoeltjes dus savonds lekker bij je huisje zitten zat er niet in.

Séjour autour du volcan Arenal
Pros:

Les cabanes sont dans un îlot de calme et en pleine nature, la piscine est appréciable au retour des différentes visites avec les températures de 30/32°, les cabanes sont conformes aux descriptions.
Le restaurant à côté permet de ne pas avoir à ressortir et serr aussi le petit déjeuner

Cons:

La qualité de la literie n'est pas top... mériterait un peu mieux. Le réglage de l'eau de la douche n'est pas intuitif. Pas d'isolation entre les cabanes , on entend bien les autres vacanciers ainsi que toute la faune locale

Das loch in dem wir untergebracht waren...es gab kein fenster keine frischluft das eingangsschiebe element war kaputt....es liess sich nicht absperren...die betreiber wohnen direkt gegenüber mit 5 bellenden hunden...schlafen nur zwischendurch möglich...gast gehört im vorfeld informiert..frühstück lieblos unfreumdliches personal

Estadía perfecta entre naturaleza, tranquilidad y excelente atención 🌿
Pros:

Nuestra estadía fue simplemente perfecta, un viaje super especial que superó todas nuestras expectativas. Desde el momento en que llegamos, la recepción fue muy amena y nos hicieron sentir bienvenidos.
Uno de los aspectos que más nos gustó fue la comida: absolutamente increíble, deliciosa en cada ocasión. Además, el hecho de contar con restaurante en el lugar hace todo mucho más cómodo, ya que después de un día de actividades puedes regresar, comer tranquilamente y relajarte sin preocuparte por nada más.
La ubicación es otro gran punto a favor: muy tranquila, rodeada de naturaleza. Tuvimos la suerte de ver terneritos y muchas aves, además de disfrutar de una vista espectacular del volcán. Es el lugar ideal para desconectarse y descansar.
Pero sin duda, lo que hizo la diferencia fue la atención. Todo el personal fue increíblemente amable y atento en todo momento.
Definitivamente volveríamos mil veces. Una experiencia inolvidable.

Emplacement excellent mais hôtel que je ne recommanderai pas.

Son emplacement est très bien.

Cons:

Notre cabane était collée au restaurant. Nous bénéficions ainsi du bruit. Nous n’avions pas de serviettes de toilette, et l’équipement de la cuisine totalement incomplet (2 tasses, 1 fourchettes 5 couteaux pour 4 c’est embêtant). Le toit des cabanes est en tôle, en cas de fortes pluies c’est un vrai tintamarre. Piscine extérieure sale.

Awesome stay and hospitality!
Pros:

We had a blast at Cabanas Syc! The rooms, pool, restaurant, and everything else were super good. Plus, you two were awesome managers and made us feel so comfortable. You guys really rocked! The best part was how quickly you communicated and responded before and during our stay. Seriously well done. The heated pool area was really nice, and the food at the restaurant was pretty good too. The kids and we all loved the whole experience. We'll definitely stay here again when we come back. Thanks for everything!

Great location if you have a car, grounds are lovely, nice to have a restaurant on location, staff was great

Cons:

The cabins are not even remotely sound-proof, you can hear everything through them. A woman who seemingly works there or lives on the properly have a very small and annoying dog that wouldn’t stop barking. It kept me from falling asleep and woke me up in the middle of the night.
