There one person should depute near the pool side for small child assistance
It's a wonderfully maintained property with attentive staff and tasty food. Room service was prompt.

1. The hotel is not a 4/5 star hotel, it’s a 3.5 hotel as or star rating
2. Breakfast was disappointing. Only had idli, paratha, aloo puri, and couple of options and live counter had dosa and omelette only. Much disappointing
Only the location
Horrible room services could not serve a fresh lime water took two hours to deliver to us. Breakfast area is very small and no management was available for managing the clients for sitting on the table no proper stuff available really not deserve to be called a five star hotel
With marriage happening over there they did not had management to handle the normal hotel guys

Poor quality of infrastructure
The staff is well and truly under-trained. Very hesitant, unnecessarily trying to speak English and getting exposed at their inability to do so….even in public places like restaurant, staff getting mushroomed, talking loudly….orders not served perfectly or with proper supporting items….breakfast cutlery very inadequate and tea/ coffee served was absolutely unconsumable….bathroom amenities not depicting 5 star status at all….TV not having subscribed to IPL English commentary channel and hotel refusing to subscribe on customer’s request also
