Disappointing
Pros:

The location is excellent and very close to the city center, which was especially convenient in the heat as it was easy to walk back whenever we wanted. The staff were very friendly and even helped us book a taxi.

Cons:

At first glance, the room looked clean, but on closer inspection it was disappointing. There were still items left in the refrigerator, we found small black specks on the bed in the morning (possibly coming from the air conditioner), and I also found a small insect in my bed.

Considering the price we paid, this was unfortunately disappointing. I hope these issues will be addressed, as the location and staff were otherwise very good.

Très déçu d'établissement

C'est près de la vieille ville

Cons:

Dans la hôtel c'est marqué 4 étoile mais ça vaut même pas une étoile ,par terre c'était trop sale, les murs trop sales, plein de poussière ,l'eau dans la salle de bain qui coulait, le WC sale, couleur jaune, la télé ne marche pas . tu prenais une douche l'eau qui sortait vers le lavabo pas de rideaux douche, une fois au déjeuner il y avait presque rien aucun fruit, aucune sucrerie il y avait une tomate découpée et un concombre ,le café servi par dans le thermos les tasse de café trop sales pas du tout hygiénique on avait réservé sur deux nuits mais on a quitté l'établissement lendemain c'était dégoûtant j'ai pris quelques photos parce que j'ai écrit un booking et j'attends la réponse. J'ai demandé remboursement pour le deuxième jour . Dommage , on était très déçu.

Pros:

Ak by som ho mal porovnávať s inými hotelmi v ktorých som bol, tak by som mu musel dať nižšie hodnotenie, ale na to čo som ho potreboval to bolo fajn. Miesto fantastické, motorka zaparkovaná v garáži, personál super a na raňajky som sa najedol.

Znovu bych nevolila.

Ve 3 ráno Vás vzbudí hluk ze stavby, protože probíhají stavební práce v okolí a skončí až ráno. Spánek nula.

Cons:

Nažalost, ovo je jedno od najgorih hotelskih iskustava koje sam imao. Hotel je izrazito prljav, prostorije imaju neugodan miris, a opća higijena je na vrlo niskoj razini. Sve djeluje zapušteno i neodržavano, što boravak čini izuzetno neugodnim.

Nažalost, ni osoblje nije ostavilo dobar dojam. Nedostajalo je profesionalnosti, ljubaznosti i volje da se gostu izađe u susret, što je dodatno pokvarilo cjelokupni doživljaj.

Jedina stvar koja zaslužuje pohvalu jest odlična lokacija. Osim toga, teško je pronaći nešto pozitivno. Nadam se da će uprava ozbiljno poraditi na čistoći, održavanju i kvaliteti usluge jer hotel u trenutnom stanju ne opravdava očekivanja gostiju.

Sve u svemu, moje iskustvo bilo je izrazito negativno i sigurno se više nikada neću vratiti u ovaj hotel niti ga mogu preporučiti drugima.

Beste Lage für Sarajevo
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage direkt in der Altstadt. Die Seilbahn ist zu Fuss in 10min erreichbar. Eigene Parkgarage vorhanden.
