Verdikleri oda penceresi olmayan bir oda. Değiştirmek istedim ilgilenmediler ve değiştirmediler.

Otelde kahvaltı adeta yoktu. İlk gün uğradım ve gördüğüm manzara berbattı.

Room size was good. Bathroom extremely small and uncomfortable.
Pros:

Excellent location. Near the Old Town. Near local bakeries and shops. Breakfast was ok. The staff at reception especially Sarah is very kind and very nice.

Cons:

The bathroom in room 101 was extremely small. It was very unpleasant actually. Couldn’t use the shower and the toilet comfortably. Not 4 star hotel at all. I will rate it 1 star.
The fried eggs the one day was completely over fried and another day the omelette as well as the sausages as well (Burnt)
Didn’t attend breakfast one morning but lovely Sarah arrange a sandwich for us which was delicious

2 gece kaldik Konumu harika her yere yurume mesafesinde otoparki var ama kucuk yer bulabilirseniz saati 1eur calisanlar guleryuzlu ilgili oda cok sicakti sicak suyuda vardi kahvaltisindan cok beklentiniz yoksa yeterliydi zaten oda da vakit gecirmiyorsunuz gonul rahatligi ile kalinacak bir yer tesekkur ederiz

Pros:

Otelin konumu mükemmel, tek vesait ile havalimanına kolayca ulaşabiliyorsunuz, başçarşı dibinde , mostara gitmek için otelin önünden tramvay ile istasyona gidebiliyorsunuz. Temiz. Kahvaltı aç bırakmaz.

Cons:

Rezervasyon yaparken ödediğiniz şehir vergisini tekrar talep ediyorlar. Rezervasyonu kontrol edip ödeme yaptığınızı gösterin ve 2. Ye ödeme yapmayın. Resepsiyona havalimanına giden otobüse tramway durağından mı binileceğini sorduk aldığımız cevap bilmiyorum hiç gözümle görmedim oldu :) bi otel çalışanı nasıl olur da bu kadar genel ve bilinmesi gereken bilgiyi bilmez.
