Liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber. Das tolle Frühstück wird für jeden Gast frisch zubereitet, am Tag vorher kann man seine Wünsche für das Frühstück äußern., Sichere Gegend. Personal super freundlich und kompetent. Tips für Valparaiso. Vielen Dank an die supernetten Gastgeber wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und waren dankbar für die Hilfe bei der Abholung.

Perfekt!
Pros:

Alles! Schöner kann man in Viña del Mar nicht wohnen. Das Personal ist das professionellste, charmanteste und beste in ganz Viña!
Ausserdem liegt das Hotel im "Gourmet District" Restaurants, Bars und Bistros rings herum sind outstandig. Perfekt für Foodies.

We had a great stay. Everyone was so attentive and we really enjoyed it.
Pros:

Great location, walkable to the beach, main restaurants and public transportation. Everything was really clean and the customer service and attention to detail was outstanding. Great breakfast made to order. Such a lovely spot in the middle of Viña.

Welcoming and delightful
Pros:

Loved our time at Esencia and want to return! Just right for a relaxed end of a month in Chile. Beach is handy, tons of food options, breakfast is very nice, super quiet, garden and patio are immaculate, staff is exceptional. (Don Emilio restaurant was fantastic, too!)

I'd come back in a heartbeat.
Pros:

The place was a feast for the senses. Food, flowers, the view, the gardens.

Cons:

I would suggest a small container for disposal of napkins, etc. In the courtyard. We had carryout, and had no place for our containers except the trash container in our bathroom.

Welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. A generous buffet breakfast with plenty of fresh fruits, breads, and eggs made to order. A very quiet location, but only 5 minutes walk from the beach..Numerous restaurants and cafes in the immediate vicinity. The hotel has a shaded patio garden, perfect for quiet relaxation.
