Proprietari gentilissimi, posizione (molti ristoranti nei dintorni), giardino, design della struttura, colazione, bagno spazioso, pulizia, parcheggio davanti alla struttura. I proprietari hanno anche un ristorante dove si mangia benissimo.
Le camere sono un po' piccole per un soggiorno molto lungo, avevamo due valigie grandi e due trolley ma comunque ci si adatta. Letti alla francese, ma credo che date le dimensioni della stanza letti più grandi non ci sarebbero stati.

The Esencia is a beautiful, quaint boutique hotel with lovely architecture and landscaping. When you enter, you feel like you are in a retreat. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to get an extra room for our son on the day of our check in. The breakfast included a variety of options - granola, fresh fruit, yogurt, and charcuterie. Each guest could choose the style of eggs to accompany the meal - poached, fried, scrambled. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will be back.

La ubicación a pocos pasos de restaurantes, servicios, bares, etc. El desayuno muy variado y rico. Muy tranquilo para descansar.
El estacionamiento es en un pasaje cerrado. Si bien es seguro, no siempre hay lugar aunque el dueño nos aseguró que se buscaría una solución de ser así.
The hotel is in a very central location; all the main attractions of Viña del Mar are within walking distance, yet the place is quiet and cozy. Special mention for the excellent breakfast and the super friendliness of the staff.
The breakfast is delicious, and the personalized service is outstanding. They always help us whenever unexpected situations come up during our visits. They are incredibly kind and very attentive. Thank you so much. My husband and I sincerely appreciate all the help you gave us during our recent trip.
El desayuno era perfecto, todo de buena calidad y muy completo. Destaca la atención de todo el personal. Además los dueños tienen también el restorán Don Emelio y nos dieron un espumante de cortesía cuando fuimos (y comimos muy bien) . Recomendable

A super boutique hotel, quiet but in a great area full of little cafes and restaurants. The staff were wonderful - very helpful in organising restaurants, guides and taxis and were helpful organising parking and directions to the hotel. Delicious breakfast!

The property and rooms(7) are beautiful. The boutique is slightly behind the Main Street. And there lots of restaurants, cafes and shopping, at your door step. The boutique is quiet and peaceful. And the staff is exceptional.
