Pros:

The staff there always went above and beyond. Additionally, who doesn't appreciate free water? The cleaning team were also excellent. Perfect location as well.

Not So Plesant this time!

It wasn’t first time we were staying so we were expecting same previous experience, However we have found the Staff smiling but reluctant to help

Cons:

We’ve found the staff reluctant to help, the £4k a weekend apartment was given on ground floor right above the underground station we had constant train noise every 5 minute all day and night , We have told the staff and no action taken and told hotel is busy! No room to book us for a cinema over 3 days stay, no views out of the windows of ground floor but the street and backyard.
