Pros:

Le personnel est très avenant et très sympathique.

Cons:

Une première chambre sans fenêtre, humide et sentant le moisi.
On nous propose une autre chambre avec supplément 100 pesos pour 2 nuits. Super belle chambre .... Mais à côté de la pompe de la piscine qui démarre toutes les 5 minutes. Infernal.
Après deux heures dans cette chambre et avoir protesté, on nous donne une troisième chambre.
Plus petite mais au moins on a pu dormir.

Pros:

Bij aankomst werden we hartelijk en warm ontvangen door Daniella. Ze maakte echt dat we ons welkom voelden. Tijdens ons hele verblijf hebben we leuke gesprekken gehad en goed advies. Ze heeft echt geluisterd naar wat wij leuk vinden en gaar advies daarop gebaseerd. Dat is echt top. Ook de andere collega's waren super maar die hebben we minderd vaak gezien en gesproken. We hebben het ontzettend naar ons zin gehad. Mooie kamer en het privé dakterras met klein bad was echt genieten.
Ook de lokatie van het hotel is goed. Je kan zo Tulum in lopen en ook het strand is lopend (ongeveer 3 km) bereikbaar. En verder zit je qua auto weg ook perfect.

Great location and staff
Pros:

Well located, within walking distance to central area, with lots of shops and restaurants. You can rent bikes and it's be best way to move around and get to the beach, especially because of traffic and limited parking spaces in the beach area. We had a great room, very nicely decorated and comfortable overall. The staff were friendly and helped with a lot of recommendations. No breakfast served, but there is an area by the pool where you can eat in the courtyard.

Cons:

The room was right next to the water pump for the pool, and because the room is not fully insulated we could hear everything from the courtyard + the engine of the water pump going off roughly every 10 minutes. Including in the night.

Super nettes Personal. Gute Ratschläge vom Personal bzgl. Restaurants etc.
Gute Lage. Zudem mehrere Supermärkte nur 100 Meter entfernt

Cons:

Tresor war leider nicht nutzbar weil der Schlüssel fehlte

Pros:

Buena ubicación. Mejor con coche. Las camas muy grandes y muy comodas. Personal muy amable. Jardín con piscina muy bonitos.

Cons:

Presión del agua del baño muy mala. El grifo del lavabo salía apenas. Tarda muchísimo en salir agua caliente.
La habitación huele un poco a moho.
Pequeños detalles que podrían haber mejorado muchísimo la experiencia.

Pros:

It is a cosy place at the end of Tulum✨️ only a few walking minutes away from the centre 😀 The bungalow was nice equipped, outside you can enjoy a rest in a wonderful garden surrounded by plants 🪴 or cool down in the pool.
The best is the stuff 👌 very helpful and friendly 😍
Definitely a really nice place to stay.

Cons:

It was a little bit loud - I think there was a water pump which starts every few minutes also during the night 🌙
