Nonostante la camera fosse carina, é un po’ buia e a ridosso del locale dove é presente la pompa dell’acqua che è troppo rumorosa (di notte non lascia dormire). Nella nostra camera (al piano terra) inoltre c’era un forte odore di fogna

Pros:

Nous avons passé 15 jours au Pacha Boutique Hotel où nous avions réservé le Bungalow Deluxe. Daniela nous a très gentiment proposé de choisir avec une autre chambre, de même catégorie, située à l' étage. Nous avons rapidement accepté car le Bungalow, bien que joliment décoré, était très sombre et humide. Notre séjour s est magnifiquement déroulé dans ce très joli petit hôtel, idéalement situé et caché dans un ravissant jardin. Notre chambre était très agréable avec une excellente literie.
Daniela et Alessandro nous ont conseillé de délicieux restaurants ainsi que le Beach Club Caleta Tankah pour profiter de la plage. Ils ont été tres disponibles durant tout notre séjour.

Amazing big new grocery store just across the intersection tons of great deli food

Cons:

Smoking is permitted in the central courtyard which is sad because it floats up to the upper rooms 😞. Towels could definitely use an upgrade.

L' accueil et la gentillesse de tout le personnel, ils sont vraiment adorables. La proximité du centre ville, des restos, des supermarchés, de tout....! Lit confortable. Hôtel très mignon.

Cons:

On entendait la circulation routière malgré le fait que notre chambre ne donnait pas sur la rue. Belle petite piscine mais eau trop froide... Dommage !

Super value, peace and tranquil and beautiful decor.
Pros:

A fantastic boutique hotel set in an Oasis setting.
We had the President suit with a rooftop pool which was quite cool. Very spacious suite and super value for money.
No breakfast served but 2 minutes across the road from the hotel you have the most amazing SUPER supermarket. A kilometre from Tulum Bus Stn..plenty of restaurants and cafes very close to hotel. 7-11 and Oxxo next door. What’s his name?Staff at reception were super helpful, welcoming and so kind.

150 pesos to Tulum Ruins in a taxi

Taxis are waiting across the road from the supermarket.

It was great. The staff arranged round transfer from the airport to hotel and back for us.
Pros:

Hospitality of staff, location of the hotel.

Cons:

No hooks or racks for the towels in the room. A bit of loud music on TV outside in the evenings when no visitors in the hall. It should be switched off.

Pros:

First of all, the location is perfect and close to all the bars, restaurants, and a shopping center. As for the hotel itself, the staff is friendly, and the guy at the reception Peter was extremely helpful and friendly regarding everything I asked him, alongside another lady at the reception. Regarding the room, it was exceptionally clean and equipped with everything you need. They even upgraded me for a few days to a better room, which I really appreciated :)
