Pros:

Buena ubicación. Mejor con coche. Las camas muy grandes y muy comodas. Personal muy amable. Jardín con piscina muy bonitos.

Cons:

Presión del agua del baño muy mala. El grifo del lavabo salía apenas. Tarda muchísimo en salir agua caliente.
La habitación huele un poco a moho.
Pequeños detalles que podrían haber mejorado muchísimo la experiencia.

It is a cosy place at the end of Tulum✨️ only a few walking minutes away from the centre 😀 The bungalow was nice equipped, outside you can enjoy a rest in a wonderful garden surrounded by plants 🪴 or cool down in the pool.
The best is the stuff 👌 very helpful and friendly 😍
Definitely a really nice place to stay.

Cons:

It was a little bit loud - I think there was a water pump which starts every few minutes also during the night 🌙

Lovely small hotel, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Gave me great advice for my stay
Pros:

The garden area is very pretty and fits in with tulum’s general jungle feel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They gave me advice on how to use my time whilst staying in Tulum and how to get around which I really appreciated and showed me how to use the fan etc in the hotel room. I feel they went above and beyond for what hotel staff normally do. Felt very safe in the hotel too. I would definitely recommend this hotel and it is very reasonably priced

Cons:

I cannot think of anything negative. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location as it is central but also not far from the beaches

Pros:

La posizione in centro città comoda per visitare le rovine e per sfruttare al meglio, anche a piedi, tutto quello che il centro ha da offrire. Per la spiaggia bisogna prendere un mezzo, per fortuna hanno a disposizione biciclette e scooter da affittare che ha reso il soggiorno molto facile. Lo staff sempre pronto a dare preziosi consigli e il giardino dell'hotel è una vera oasi per rilassarsi dopo una lunga giornata di escursioni

Pros:

Very friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to assist and share excellent recommendations. The room was very spacious and the beds were good.

Cons:

I felt it could have been a bit cleaner. Compared to the pictures and the deal I got suggested to me this was a boutique hotel at a higher rating but it fell short of my expectations.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Man konnte schnell mit dem Colectivo überall hin fahren und das Centrum ist gut zu Fuss zu erreichen
