Pros:

החדר גדול, מהמם, מפנק ונקי מאוד.
המסעדה במלון טעימה מאוד, עם אוכל איכותי וצוות שירותי ונעים. הצוות כולו אדיב ומשתדל לתת מענה לכל בקשה, ואנחנו נהנינו מאוד מהשהות שלנו החוויה הכללית הייתה מיוחדת וכיפית.

Cons:

המלון עצמו מהמם ביופיו ממש “אינסטגרמי”, כל פינה בו מצטלמת בצורה מדהימה ויש אווירה מיוחדת.
עם זאת, חשוב לקחת בחשבון שהמלון נמצא באזור יחסית מבודד, סוג של ג’ונגל, ולכן יש לא מעט חרקים/ג’וקים.
בנוסף, ללא מונית אין באמת אפשרות לצאת מהמלון או להגיע למקומות אחרים בקלות.
הבריכה המרכזית מהממת, אך בגלל ריבוי העצים והצמחייה מסביב היא מתמלאת בעלים לעיתים קרובות. הצוות אמנם מנקה ומשתדל מאוד, אבל קשה לשמור עליה נקייה לאורך זמן בתנאים כאלה. בנוסף, הבריכה בחדר קרה מאוד ולכן כמעט ואין בה שימוש.
גם הויי פיי לא היה יציב בכל האזורים, והיו מקומות בהם הוא כמעט ולא עבד או התנתק לעיתים קרובות.
וגם המקלחת נמצאת בחוץ כך שזה טיפה מלחיץ.

Une expérience inoubliable dans un cadre exceptionnel à Tulum
Pros:

Nous avons adoré notre séjour ! L’hôtel est magnifique, très esthétique et apaisant. Le design est unique et chaque détail est soigneusement pensé. Le personnel est extrêmement accueillant et attentionné, et le service était excellent. L’ambiance est très relaxante, parfaite pour se déconnecter. Tout était vraiment spécial et luxueux.

Una estadía espectacular
Pros:

El hotel es una maravilla. La piscina es muy amplia, los espacios para estar son muy especiales, con jardines verdes, todo limpio y ordenado. El restorán es espectacular. La piscina dentro de la habitación es un poco más helada pero si estuviese temperada estaría muy húmedo dentro. Y la arquitectura y decoración es simplemente espectacular. Volveré!

Sehr nettes Personal und wunderschöne Anlage. Selten so ein tolles Hotel gesehen. Die Kommunikation war super, es war immer jemand zu erreichen sogar per Whats App :-) Wenn man Frage oder Wünsche hatte wurde sofort geantwortet. Es war immer jemand zu erreichen. Die Hotelanlage und die Zimmer sind der absolute Wahnsinn. Die Lage war auch super. In wenigen Minuten zu Fuß ist eine schöne Straße mit Restaurants erreichbar. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Five star service and five star hotel!!! Gorgeous and amazing staff.
Pros:

It was gorgeous!! The pool was incredible and the jacuzzis were amazing for night time. The sun hits the pool perfectly. The food was 10/10 so good. The best part was the service. Truly a 5 star hotel service. Anything you need, you can WhatsApp them at any time and they answer right away. The property was super clean and also the beds are the most comfortable beds. The air conditioning was strong which is what I like.

Wunderbares freundliches und außerordentlich aufmerksames Personal, tolles Essen - insgesamt eine ganz besondere Unterkunft. Es war alles perfekt und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Das Ambietente ist magisch & es ist einzigartig ruhig und wir hatten beste Entspannung. Wer Bali liebt, wird sich hier zu Hause fühlen.

Run down, damp room, unsafe food
Pros:

There was not much we liked about the hotel. The staff on the reception desk were OK. The staff in the restaurant were also OK. We left early.

Cons:

The hotel is off a highway in the middle of nowhere (not in a romantic way). The "instagrammable" outdoor shared areas are a bit abandoned, dated and dirty. When you enter your room with a pool inside, you are hit with the damp, cold smell of stagnant air because the room has no ventilation which is bizarre for a room with a pool in it. This means the whole glass panel window in the room is steamed up so you can't actually see the plants on the other side. The shower is outdoors which people may or may not like. The shower door is not locked so technically anyone can climb into your room through the shower. We had a ghecko as a guest in our room that took a swim in our pool for most of the night. The internet went down due to a storm.

The grounds of the hotel are compact and small. Whilst the restaurant staff were nice, the food itself felt like it could give you food poisoning in 10 minutes. The salmon tasted extremely fishy. The lamb was served almost raw and I don't know how old it was. Upon seeing me leave it, the waiter did offer to cook it more. All the factors together (damp room and unsafe food) meant that we decided to depart the hotel early after just one night.

Tulum is generally nothing like the hipster paradise it is advertised to be, it is run down with graffiti and crumbling buildings everywhere. It felt too dangerous to leave the hotel in the evening to walk down the highway to the local "restaurants" so we did not. We came across only one couple in the hotel, they looked like they were there for the instagram pictures. Unfortunately any hotel that we feel we have to leave after just one night receives a 1/10 rating.

Unique hotel in the Tulum area with great jungle vibe
Pros:

Unique rooms, good food, large pool, privacy, attentive staff.

Cons:

Pools in the rooms give off chlorine smell that can’t be mitigated. Outdoor Pool was always full debris and needed some maintenance. Pool cleaners came every day but just stood around in one spot and chatted with each other for bout an hour and left, hardly touched the pool multiple days they were there, definitely need a better cleaning crew.

Misleading advertising, unacceptable comfort, and the worst hotel experience we have ever had.
Pros:

Nothing. Unfortunately, there was not a single aspect of this stay that met even basic expectations.

Cons:

The in-room jacuzzi was completely unusable: ice-cold, impossible to heat, and created so much humidity that we could not sleep at night. The outdoor shower was freezing at night and the hot water was not enough for two people, forcing us to wait between showers. Extremely poor service, long check-in delays, noise from the road, high humidity, insects, and no refund despite leaving early.
