إقامة مريحة وطاقم عمل رائع
Pros:

إقامة رائعة بكل المقاييس. يتميز الفندق بموقع استثنائي قريب من سوق المباركية ومول العاصمة وأبراج الكويت.
الشقة نظيفة جداً و المكيف بارد، وطاقم العمل في غاية اللطف والاحترافية. شكر خاص لموظف الاستقبال محمد التونسي على تعامله الراقي وتعاونه، وكذلك لجميع الموظفين على حسن الاستقبال وكرم الضيافة. كما أقدر لهم مرونتهم في تمديد موعد تسجيل الخروج حتى الساعة الثالثة مساءً، وهو ما أضاف راحة كبيرة لإقامتنا.

الشقق تحتاج إلى بعض التحدي لتواكب مستوى الخدمة والموقع المميز. وفي حال إجراء التجديدات، فسيكون الفندق من أفضل خيارات الإقامة.

انا كنت أعتقد بأن التقييمات المخفضة مبالغ فيها !
ولكن لما سكنت اكتشفت صحتها ، وراح اعطيكم أدق التفاصيل
عن هذا الفندق ..
لا تنخدعوا بالصور والسعر مبالغ فيه وما يسوا ابدا ابدا!! يعني بسعر هذا الفندق تسكن بمكان نظيف وراقي جدا .

النظافة مش مضبوطة، وسكنا في شقة 3 غرف نوم ، فقط الغرفة الرئيسية فيها حمام .
التلفزيون فقط كم محطة ونظام قديم ، والأثاث مستهلك .
دورات المياة فيها حشرات صغيره . وكذلك حمامات المسبح لا توجد اي نظافة ولا تعقيم ..

لا يوجد افطار ، !!

لا توجد مواقف خاصة للنزلاء، يعني توقف سيارتك خارج الفندق بالشمس والحرارة العالية !

الفندق بكل اختصار ، لا يرتقي لمكان تصنيفه 4 نجوم نهائيا
انا كنت أعتقد بهذا السعر والتقييمات العالية ، بأن المكان راقي ولكن للأسف انخدعنا فيه ...
