Twas meh other than the convenience of the location to New Frontier Theater where we watched a show
Pros:

Elevators were quick. Staff were friendly

Cons:

There were ants crawling in the washroom sink. Tv remote needed a batteries and could not find some. The towels were beaten down

Pros:

Location wise, the property is near the Araneta Coliseum if you attend concerts and leagues- this is a good deal.

Cons:

We experienced a miscommunication with the property owners regarding early check-in. Our 1:00 a.m. request was approved in the app, but upon arrival, we were told the earliest possible check-in was 11:00 a.m. We had to book another accommodation while waiting, though we were allowed to leave our belongings around 9:30 a.m.
The unit itself was also disappointing. The sofa had a very strong, unpleasant odor (think of a sofa soaked in sweat smell), and the place was not properly cleaned (or even cleaned at all). We even had to buy Lysol spray and keep the windows open to manage the smell. This was unexpected given the positive ratings that influenced our booking.

Pros:

First of all, I would like to thank Carmencitra, for her reactivity and for her kindness. Location is very well located in Quezon city at the 30th level. The view by night is very beautiful. There is 2 bedrooms with aircon.

Cons:

Unfortunately, when we arrived the cleaning was not be done... So kitchen and bathroom was dirty... It is really the bad point
The kitchen is a little bit small but ok, and one of the shower have no heater.

Lovely people and easy access with a great surrounding area and close to transport and shopping.
Pros:

The facilities were great however the pile of pots and pans were scary as I did not know where they were to go and did not cook as a result. Everything was as originally described. The furnishings and the bathrooms were very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

There was a light in the main room which would go on and off at odd times and had no control switch so we were unable to switch it off. Also there was a clock on the main room wall that had a grandfather gong. It was not the correct time and the gong would sometime ring once and then other odd times ring 12 times. I really just wanted to switch it off, but that is a personal preference and suggestion that others may not like it either. The decor was very pleasant.

A Staycation in Style
Pros:

The location is strategic, in the business district of Araneta Center.
No need to elaborate if you know what I mean. It's a room with a very nice view.

Cons:

There are only two service elevators.
The lobby is too small and the sofa in the lobby stinks.
The outlet in the kitchen doesn't work.
The building is obviously old and undergoing renovation during our stay.
The padlocked cabinets are somewhat discomforting to the guests.

Fantastic -Very Accommodating Host
Pros:

I love the ambience, So relaxing ,1 night is not enough 😌 Complete kitchen utensils and appliances , The unit was clean and spacious also it has a gorgeous views from each part of the unit ( Corner Unit) A lot of game boards. The location is perfect for a walk around the city center.

NOTHING 😂 All is PERFECT
