Horrible experience
Pros:

Clean rooms and great staff

Cons:

The air was out and it was hotter in the rooms than outside. I was told its been worked on and should have running soon. I found out that was a lie from the night desk clerk.

The staff was nice, and the location was fine. Rooms were big and spacious.

Cons:

There were many stains on the carpet, the bathroom looked dirty and the air conditioning didn't work. I couldn't sleep becasue it was too hot.

The only reason we stay there is because it is Close To Campus. The grout in the bathrooms is nasty

Checked into the room and found a flosser on the counter. Not in any kind of packaging just laying in the middle of the counter.The pillows were very hard as well. The bathroom showers are not caulked properly anymore and have mold. There was also no pressure in the shower

Good downtown location
Pros:

We liked the breakfast. Lots of options and the breakfast staff were all friendly and helpful. Front desk staff was also friendly and efficient. The outdoor pool was deep enough to actually swim which is a big deal for those of us who like to swim.

Cons:

The room a/c was ok, but never got below 70ish. The rooms need more than 1 trash can per room. The elevators are both together in one spot. That means if your room isn't close to it, you will have a LONG walk to your room.

La cama supletoria no se pudo usar de lo sucio que estaba el colchón, lleno de manchas de sangre. Vergonzoso. El nivel de ruido es exagerado, grupos de personas gritando a altas horas de la noche

The food was good at the restaurant. The staff was friendly. The room we stayed in could be updated.

Cons:

The sofa bed was not usable. The mattress needs to be replaced. We just ended up using the couch to sleep on instead.
